Raise to Wake Lock Screen OS10 for Android
OS 10 will only add the Raise to Wake feature to OS devices with an M9 processor. The Phone 6s, Phone 6s Plus and Phone SE are the only three devices that support the feature in the first beta build of OS 10.
That’s it, when you raise your Phone up you will now see your Lock screen
Raise to Wake OS 10 same function like ambient display mode is a feature that was introduced in lollipop by Google. It wake to unlock device when it is picked up and light up the display for a few seconds when new notifications arrive. It shows the notifications on the lock screen of the device and you can view the notifications without unlocking device.
Steps for Enable/ Disable Raise to Wake OS10: Android Phone 7
Step 1: Install and open "Raise to Wake Lock Screen"
Step 2: Below, Option Disable Raise to Wake.
Now your Phone normal like before, you must Press home or Sleep/ Wake button for see the screen.
For the technical reason people are agree to disable it, for the cases are Phone 7 in arm band or any moving object, Exercise. So battery problem might occur on constant wake up screen.
Cons: Anyone can view notifications and Today’s view panel by lift up your device. If you want only you can see notification when you want alone (Not after lift up from desk or table)
This features also useful for energy saving. Automatically adjust the screen time out when you are not on. Not Sure about Auto Raise to Wake settings customization. But hope you will do from setting.
Once you get used to having Raise to Wake, it’s pretty tough to do without it. It’s an OS feature that feels like it should have always been there.
