First rating was 4 stars in July 2016, now updating as things changed... Cap of 150 bucks can be reduced to 110+20 for delivery. Total 130. Second... Cant wait for 1 hour and 45 minutes time slot... Food arrives exactly after 90 mins !! Ofcourse food is good !! But I don't want to be tempted to order again... So uninstalling !!

The quality of food is stooped so low, that i felt like puking afterwards. Donot order paneer anyhow, it's stale, rubbery etc. Only thing good is packaging of the items. Horrible food in my entire life. Try to avoid it. The app also has a bad user experience and ordering is cumbersome.

Complaint regarding delayed delivery that leads to spoilage of food. But not received any call from them. Fraud and cheaters. Null Customer care. Very bad experience. My order ID is 463475. I am waiting for your worthy reply.

Edit- Food quality is getting worse after increment in food price and food order limit, now they started looting people by keeping min order 150 and the same time charging 30 rs for delivery. Will have to look for other options. Love the delivery and food quality.. great job.. will order regularly now..

Now minimum order is rs 150. A single person cannot eat rs150 food at a time. Company have changed their motto of providing delicious meal at 100 to stealing rs 150 from customer. Also food is overpriced

Can't pay using paytm.. At the last moment.. Frustrating.. :( Can't reproduce the error. Seems like a temporary downtime.

They are looting you now ... Will surely lose their business.they have raised the price of every single thing by 5 or 10 rupees ..It may seem like 5 or 10 rupees but on the whole order it appears as a difference of 40 50 rupees .... Looting ...And the quality of food also have gone to a lower level...It's not an option for now.. their economic sense is something called greed

I do not understand when Yumist raised minimum order to INR 150, then why they are charging 30 bucks extra for delivery of the same. Either stick to the minimum order and not charge extra bucks for delivery or charge delivery irrespective of minimum order value. Will explore other options as Yumist charges are now going out of pocket now.

I have been ordering from them for past 2 yrs but now its becoming expensive everyday .i mean whats the point of us paying 20 rupees for delivery if they are forcing us at a min order price of 150 listen sir/mam maximum people who order are either students or bachelors families dont order from apps they know how to cook.i have been ordering with them for so long but now i think i will look for other options.

Yesterday they deliverd it at my home and today when i orderd they told we r not delivering in that area oh sseriously then u r accepted my adress on your app ty for the service never goona order anything again

Earlier your service was great but from last few weeks (after increasing prices) it's going down, in terms of quality and quantity too. So three stars only for now.

Cheaters! They don't provide Cashback when they say they do, and absolutely no customer relationship. No phone number to reach out, never reply to emails too.

Increasing order value to 150 from 100 !!! Instead of that lame tag line could have worked towards exploring options for breakfast as i wrote in my prev comment .. Really 150 .. Greedy much are we .. !! Not to mention that the only mode of payment is their own wallet as of now

Lost its USP, increasing minimum to 150, one will have to scale up the appetite by 1.5. Just waiting to finish my Yumcash before I uninstall

Since there is a fixed minimum order amount, I think it's not fair to charge extra ten bucks for delivery. Also, quantity is really less. On the other hand, delivery process and packing is ten on ten.

I have been the regular costumer of yamit ,I think the food quality is very good but quantity is a little less .

Simply love the concept, food quality, delivery time and the best part is variety of food offering. Good going yumist
