I would be able to give a proper feedback if it allows me to sign up in the first place. It's not just the app, it's the website too. Is there an easier way to setup a password that matches the policy. It's sad that for a quality airline like UL, the IT systems do not reflect the same level of quality. I will continue to fly but maybe never really connect with the airline.

One of those awful dysfunctional apps that sort of works but does nothing that you might want to do,like easily check and compare prices.you have to go through 5 pages to get a price and then start a completely new search to change thevdate. I'll ask my 90 year old grandma to offer her app building services to srilankan.she could definitely improve this
