HackerNews HD for tablets for Android
Love this app. Works great. I use it every day
I use it to help build out my weekly Hacker Newsletter project, so I use it daily with my ASUS Transformer and the app just works great. Great design that really uses the tablet screen. One option I would love to see is if you could "lock" comments on so that clicking on a new story would just load the HN comments instead of the page.
Feels tablet-native, very easy to read articles then check the comments. Better than the much-loved reddit F5 app, in my opinion. Five stars-
I loved the app because of its simple interface. I can quickly read the news I want and even comment on them. The interface is intuitive and feels that it is native to the tablet, which many other applications failed to achieve. The only flaw is the the animation for the hide / show post can be a tad slow but that really doesn't bother me. Other than that, it is a great app.
Needs different themes and more option. I like options. Take a hint from pulse.
maybe broken just constantly loading...
Not sure if that's a problem on all tablets, but on the TF101 it doesn't rotate with the screen orientation. Otherwise pretty awesome.
