works good. range settings not reflect real alarm range , but I do not think, that it is big problem. keep in mind, that bluetooth can communicate on very limited distance, so car search based on saved in your phone or tablet car coordnates, when you press button on the iTag. So, if your car was moved you will be not able find it using iTag. Leaving iTag in a car trigger alarm at short distance. remember also, you need keep on bluetooth and location sensor, wich drain battery faster. Galaxy S5

Great for the price. Would be better if I could keep the alarm but disable the tether option UPDATE keeps disconnecting and shutting down. Practically useless I'm afraid.

Have to reset every couple of hours, not waterproof so doesn't work with pets drinking water

Needs some proper/decent /readable instructions, am having problem trying to read even with a magnifying glass. It's less than 10 feet away and Keeps bleeping every few minutes with no sound setting in the app to stop it. If this is only Bluetooth then how can it track the likes of luggage which could be miles away, well out of Bluetooth range? EDIT After testing for the last few hours, and yes as with other reports the unit keeps turning off which is no good if it's in my suitcase waiting to be found.

For the price I paid I got more than I expected. The phone location function works great. The selfie also works perfect. I had to scan the instructions into Photoshop so that I could read them but that is okay. It is the best $1.99 device that I have ever purchased.

The itag will switch off by itself. With that how to track it with the apps. Even when it is not off, the app cannot even update the range accuracy let alone pointing to the correct direction. Need to constantly go to the itag status page and then back to the radar page to check if the range changed. This is a total useless device and app.

Only rating 5 stars so people can see... this app contains Malware! As soon as I downloaded the app my virus protection shut down, Malware protection started sending notifications every couple seconds until I Uninstalled the app.. NEEDS MAJOR IMPROVEMENTS!!!

If you haven't bought one yet DON'T. Just doesn't work. Distance alarm goes off when it's inches from the phone intermittently. Sad that larger supermarkets are selling the tags when they just don't work. Useless.

First of all the way it works is in tandem with your cell phone. It is connected via Bluetooth and it needs to stay in contact or within standard Bluetooth range of 33 feet. There is another app which had answers to its users problems with this same kind of device which is very helpful. See JG iTag Alarm APP. Also this requires an Android 5.0+ to work, or other ipad listed format. Also go to our device's app "cTracing" and find Help for answers to questions and scroll down for troubleshooting in English.

Bought a £5 tag so I don't lose my ketlys, it beeps when I go too far and helps me find lost keys!

Zero instructions. Got it to connect but would not stay connected once you come back to it from a distance. So you cant find it again. Maybe the lack of instructions made it difficult to use properly.

Keeps disconnecting you have to push the button to reconnect what good is that if I've lost my keys don't buy stick to the old fashioned whistle key chain

I try to use for my lg phone. But had issue connecting to the itag. But i tried it on my other android devices and ut seem to work fine.

Won't work.... the app nor the device works. Deleting this app. And even when the device was 3 feet away from me it told me it was 6 feet away from me, and it did not show the correct accuracy on the radar either.

Works as expected for 3-5 hours until the battery dies. As lost device couldn't be tracked with a dead battery then it has no practical use.

Makes alarm noises all the time. Even alarm off!
