AutoSweep RFID Balance Inquiry

No instructions how to signup, tried signing up on their website and it didnt even say if the signup was successful or not. Tried logging in the app and it says invalid login, tried on their website same thing. Tried checking for confirmation email and recieved nothing. Tried calling their customer service and their only up to 8pm. Tried calling the next day no answer. And it seems from all the bad reviews here they don't give a sh*t since their not replying.

Seems like the developer doesn't care about this apps and its improvement.... a lot of bad comments and still not done anything to correct them. I uninstalled and re-installed hoping it would somehow refresh the apps functions but worsened it. Now i cant check my balance anymore!

Always encountered error message "account already exist or doesnt exist" when registering. So which is which? App can only be used when you've already registered online. App is useless. Uninstalled the app. Dont bother downloading.

Useless app.. the developer should improve the whole app. After complete registering then logging in.. it says "incorrect user / pass." Wtf?! Please make it usefull for the sake of all the users of this rfids.

There are only 3 options you could do with this app and one of them is checking your balance. Upon checking it tells me non revenue account code 9. Nice!!!

Does what it's supposed to -- show your account balance. Hopefully developers will expand the function of this app in the future. Online reloading via credit card or PayPal/Dragonpay would be most welcome.

Can't log in. Always incorrect username or password. Used the same un and pw on the website and I was able to log in without problems.

Cant update balance. Fix the bug. Or better yet, fix the entire app. Improve it. It's practically useless.

After the Sep 2016 update, the SOA Request does not work anymore. I have waited so long for a fix, but none has been made. Please fix.

App does not have a register button, when registering an account to the website, the website does not confirm that the user has already been registered or if the email is already been used or if the account number is correct. Developers should fix the website and the app immediately because we need to check our SOA and inquire our current balance from time to time.

Does not work. From the very first page you cant even login even you input the correct email and password. Waste of time time. Don't try installing this app.

It's been 2 days that I tried several times to check the balance but the app is not working.. what happened? Kindly check and fix.

Impossible to use the app because it's not possible to register online to begin with.

Useless app and website. Can't register or login and doesn't provide anyberror messages.

Can't find my account on SOA request. Could also just show the details of transaction rather than requesting for SOA.

Needs more work. No home page or register page for new users and instead goes straight to log-in page. How can you log-in if you're not registered!

Sa wakas may IT n kayo at napagana pa ang app na to. 5* sa balance inquiry.

Aside from account balance this app should be able to make you load, edit multiple plate nos and show usage history.

Literally just an RFID Balance Inquiry app. Hope this app gets more features such as the FAQs and online reloading via the app.

Unable to request soa

Shows my account balance. Good enough for me.

Cant request SOA because Account dropdown is blank. Tried selecting current month but still Account is blank.

Forget password function? if it exists its no clear how & where it is :(
