وعندما بدأ التدريس ، ولكنه صدم بالتدريس فيقول: ( وبكل صراحة أقول: لقد كانت تلك الدروس عبارة عن ساحة معركة ، وصحيح أنني كنت أعرف مادني حق المعرفة ، ولكن المشكلة هي أنني لم أن أعرف كيف أدرسها ، لقد كان الطلاب يشعرون بالملل في درسي . وكنت طوال الوقت أصرخ وأوجه عشرات التهديدات ، وأطلق العقوبات بالجملة . وفي نهاية كل درس تراني منهكا ومحبطا)

ولكن صاحبنا لم يستسلم لواقعه التعليمي ، ولم يلق بالائمة على الطلاب وغيرهم بل فكر بما يمكنه هو تغييره ، وعن مكمن الخطأ لديه قبل غيره ولذا غير من نفسه وبالتالي من واقع حصته التعليمية وهذا من خلال حضوره لدى معلمين من ذوي الخبرات العالية ( درس توضيحي) والمقارنة بين طرقهم والوسائل التي يستخدمها ولذا يقول: ( فبدأت أسأل هؤلاء المعلمين الكثير من الأسئلة ،وأدون ملحوظاتهم على دفتر ) حتى تجمع لديه العديد من الدفاتر ثم يقول:( وحين تكون إحدى الحصص الدراسية ناجحة فإنني أجلس بعدها متأملا لأعرف السبب وراء كونها كذلك ،ثم أدون جوهر السبب في نجاح الدرس ) .

وهكذا تكون لديه العديد من الخبرات التراكمية والتي ينقحها من خلال تجاربه وتطبيقاته الشخصية فأخرجها للمعلمين وغيرهم ، علما أنه معلم في المرحلة الثانوية .
ولا أظنك أخي العزيز ( معلما أو مشرفا) بأقل منه كفاءة ولا قدرة على تسجل ما يمربك من مواقف تعليمية .
