Worst update ever....get previous version back

When I open and close Skype lite, it changes my status to 'Away' on all devices, even which are already opened and 'Available' (Happened with Skype Desktop - Windows 8.1)

Little bit slow. Rest of things are good.

Nice app for chat and call

The app is awesome and fits in as a great replacement of full and heavy Skype app. The only issue that I have is that till the time this app is open, my status on desktop appears as online. As soon as I exit the app on phone (even if not killing the app), the status on PC changes to idle. This does not happen in full app. I tried to report it on bounty but could not find the right place. I hope you consider this.

I love skype lite message App. I have Only ONE PROBLEM, why skype light not show all past chats members name and msg on chats section... like skype full apk vertion, only recent members name and msg display.... realy its not look good .... please display all past chat members list with msgs

The app keeps getting worse with every update. What happened to recent calls list? Edit: Thanks for responding, Microsoft The recent calls list doesn't sync with other Skype clients. Moreover it is not even displaying all recent calls made using this app. It shows only 4 or 5 calls and they are not necessarily the most recent calls. Using Skype to make calls to phone numbers is becoming quite unreliable as the calls get disconnected every so often. When the call gets disconnected abruptly there's no beep or sound to let you know that call is disconnected, the app simply shuts down. I have ended my subscription for phone calling as the app is simply not as reliable as other alternatives.

Thanks for reply. Apart from vibration issue this app runs in background all time. I have blocked it's sms and notification access, but seems can not stop background running. Using 7.1.2 OS in Nokia 5.

i think that there should be tick marks showing whether the messages are read or not...and there should be an easy way to send pics from attachments as it takes a long time to load pic from the images folder and then send it:(

Latest Skype version is crashing. I have Blackberry "Keyone" phone with Android Nougat. Basically, when you try to go to "SMS insights" tab, and try to scroll down, the application just crashes. I can share video, if required. Please reach out on my email ID if more details are required.

Update is making the app worst. Why you guys are just playing with the app.please have the app tested properly before updating on playstore.so many issues.unable to get the contact directly from my contact list now.everytime I have to copy the number and paste before dialing.call logs are auto deleted.please revert the update

Chat feature sucks now. My messages are not sent for hours even though I am able to receive messages. Skype web and Skype lite do not remain in sync properly. Earlier heavy version of Skype was far better.

What you guys do with updates.. really it was working like charm.. recent updates spoiled everything... You guys really please leave your job and stay at home for idle...

Eats the whole goddamn battery running in background. Doesn't show notifications half the time and because of this I missed some important events.

The app recently removed support for editing sent messages. This is definitely a bad move... Additionally on Android, you don't support picking a notification tone. This does not allow us to identify via sounds whether it was Skype or just another app that forgot to code the notification. Please add support for this with the usual Skype message notification.

I've renewed my Skype subscription, 100 min calling to Indian. Cash deducted from bank and validity extended for 1 months in Skype. But 100 min didn't credited in my account

Its cant call and cant accept call... Full network 4g. Updated too. Fix issues
