FilterCalc is a free android app designed to help manual/non-TTL photographers to organize and manage exposure offsets of their filters via ISO/ASA.
This base ISO exposure calculator comes with preloaded database of almost 500 filters. By selecting the actual ISO value and filter type, the app computes base ISO to be used with the light meter resulting in proper exposure.
FilterCalc can compute ISO/ASA compensation in increments of 1/3, 1/2, 2/3 and full stop EV. You can select compensation values by stops, by filter factor, by preloaded filter brand/type, or add your own custom data.

I specially like the star system, to quickly show your favourite filters and find things quickly, plus the ability of editing and adding filters allows you to tailor the app according to what you have in your photography toolkit.

I use this app frequently with my tlr cameras. Up until this, i had tto guess exposure compensation and what have. The UI is easy to navigate and simple. Has all the filters one may need as well, plus manual compensation based on stops.

Disappointed. Installed on a Galaxy S5 and it doesn't work. Doesn't appear to be an updated version available either. Not compatible with Kit Kat 4.4??? It's a shame, could really have used this.
