File Explorer (PC, Mac, NAS) for Android
Stable out of 6 apps I've used this one is clean simple and works all the time . Would have given it 5 stars if would allow more than one network connection likel many other Free version offer.
"Failed to paste" over SMB. Copying from SMB share to device, extremely slow connection - 10kb/s - when a folder does work. Copying other direction from device to PC is 30MB/s. Odd message "select root of SD card" continually pops up despite selecting root of SD card every time
Had on iPhone for years and worked fantastic ... Now on Android and is better than ever ... Best 10 stars if I could. Allows access to my PC from tablet...can transfer files between them and much more. Thank you for this product.
It's good, and the only one so far to be able to access files over SMB connection from my PC, however i cannot find a way to access the 128gb SD card is for installed.
Works perfectly accessing NAS on our home network for music, photos, videos and other misc files. Using free version on android Moto g but I also use the paid for iOS version on iPad.
This app the fastest file transfer from my phone to Netgear ReadyNAS when I copy/move movies. I am writing this review after trying more that 20 apps(including es explorer & solid explorer).
Very fast, with a nice simple interface. Works perfect on LG G5 android 7. I would give 5 if it offered more than one connection to my home network
Just installed the app and I'm uninstalling right away the very first few times I opened the app it crashed my note edge thanks but no thanks
Showing admin shares doesn't work, no option to manually browse hidden folders or otherwise. Only one remote connection before making you pay
It worked directly, being able see and run all my shared files and folders from PC. With no other app was possible. Congrats to the developers
I like it but whenever I delete a folder next time I come on file explorer the folders are there again. I like how you can store everything in one folder and organize your photos, your pdf's, and your powerpoint, word, and excel files
You can play videos from NAS without transferring them - even better then ES file explorer!!!
But not on new mobile phone...
When adding a network place, doesn't matter which option one chooses (WIndows, Mac OS X, Linux, NAS) - it will default to using SMB/CIFS application protocols without giving the option of choosing which to use for a given port. Fix this bug and my review/rating may change accordingly
As no simple file operations such as copy, move or delete. How good of a search is that?
Not only does it manage your files across multiple client devices but also across multiple storage types.
No bloated add on functions. Allows me to move files easily to my PC or NAS.
The free version is pretty useless
Can we know what video files this app can play? Because so far it can't play anything on my nas.
Lightweight, no ads. Perfect replacement for the ad/bloat ware ES file explorer. Thanks!
Work very good with VPN and NAS i open files word excel pdf all in my Android Samsung
This app works great. I'm happy that I can transfer files from my PC to my Android phone.
Doesn't work on my android it crashes when I click to connect to my nas. It works on my iPhone. EDIT (And reply)My nas is on a. Asus router with just a flash drive which seems to work just fine when I try to access it on my PC or iPhone. I did the send to delv tho so hopefully this will be fixed soon. :)
Works flawlessly with my FreeNAS server and hasn't had a single issue in the one month that I've used it (unless it was something I did). Only complaint would be the server/ip address. The Help file doesn't explain that well enough for my dumb brain
Its not free if you have to limit us into buying the paid version. If you want to get paid, might I suggest trashing the free version?
How do you use favorites? Does everything I need except for 1 thing. I wish there was an "add to desktop" option when you select a file. Also the developer never bothers to read these comments.
Installed on all 4 of my devices. (2 android 6.0.1, window 7 and 10) out of all multiple connections available. It failed on all. Wasted a good about of time trying to get it to work.
Works well but the new high-speed transmission mode actually seems to slow things down with my Linux Samba server.

It is, however, unfortunate that at times the app behaves in unpredictable manner. EXAMPLE: After playing ALIENS, any other movie file I elected resulted in ALIENS being played in its stead. There were also other odd occurrences, such as the app closing whenever I tried to view a PNG or gif file. (I was accessing a portable NAS, but still, such behavior cannot be justified. That said, should the developer care to correct those inconsistencies, I would attempt to use the app again--the GUI and options are most inviting.)
Have been looking for a while for a app just like this so glad I found this one.. get it you will not be disappointed
This is the best app so far that i have seen i own the ios version and it is solid on it and now its also solid on the android os hope see much more from this company!! Keep it up
I can access my files in my Dlink NAS. Im watching movies on my phone without having to download the file from my NAS. Two Thumbs up!
Shame on them and Google for letting it happen!
Installed with lots of expectations. .. but its crashing repeatedly
bad. can not view the photos on NAS
Please Add Option to share file from other apps like cam scanner to save file directly to NAS
best alternative to access shared folders on Windows machine without the bloatware that es file explorer now has.

Nice app, but crashes when viewing photos in a large folder on the network. Definitely needs fixing if you want more people to use it.
