Username and Passwords are created and provided by your Airline. Ask your driver to tell you your Airline password.

I've logged in on my company's username and password. I have an Android and I constantly get no trip found. I've had this experience for the past 2 days. I've had 2 pickups and I've had to call dispatch Everytime. Let's try to fix this issue.
