SkyGrid News

Now that I can disable the notifications again, I am revising this from one-star to to four-stars. If I could only go back to "classic" mode again, without the "top story" tiles that appeared after the app revision, I would bump it to five-stars.

It doesn't save my favorites. Its a pain adding my favs over and over. Please fix! ------------------ 9 months later and this app STILL wipes out my interests. The iPad version doesn't do this. Come on, please fix!

The iOS version was great. The Android version is clunky to use but what is worse is that it takes forever to update stories. You hace to wait a minute or more for custom stories to be updated.

The only one I found where I can do custom search for things the interest me. Certainly an essential app to have. The only problem is that sometimes it loses all of them...

I used SkyGrid on my EVO and it would never save the interests that I wanted to follow between sessions. Very annoying!

Would be 5 stars if it didn't delete every single 1 of my "follow" stories once a week. Mainly have app for my specific likes and it forgets them every time.

Every week it loses all my favorite stories. SGS2. It resets to default and I loose all my favorites. Was good 4 months ago. Now force closes every time wtf

The titles don't fit in the grid photo. I don't know if it's just, my device or not (Acer A100).

Using a Samsung Note 3, can't post to Facebook; I have uninsulated and reinstalled and it still won't work, it just goes to a screen with a miss mash of random letters .This app is brilliant on the iPhone with much better favorites view and set up, please try and make it like that

I love the app and the news but I'm sick to the back teeth of having to add my interests as it constantly loses them and leaves me with no feeds. Get this sorted and this app would be the doggies

It always asked me to pick topics of interest and yet never saved them. Layout was bad. This and Flipboard are awful. Taptu was the best but now gone. I'm in news limbo now.

I have used this app for many years and liked it a lot except for the fact that it continually deletes your 'My News' topics nearly EVERY DAY. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!! Please fix this or I will need to resort to uninstall and use a different news reader that remembers your favorites key words.

Usually very smooth on my note 4, and used multiple times a day.

Best. App. Ever....except for the fact you can't view any video w an article. Ever. Used 6 different phones this year ( I sell them) from note 3/4 to gs5 and GFLEX 2 and none of them will play video, been that way for oh 5 years now. Pls fix and it's perfect.

I use this earth religiously on my iPad and I keep hoping it will work on my Android device. It does in the most basic fashion. Whenever I try to create my own interests to follow it gets reset sometimes it in days sometimes with a week but I'm never able to keep it interesting I put in to follow follow they just disappear. It is very disappointing and I'm considering I'm in uninstalling yet again

For 3 days now skygrid is froze up, I tried to delete and reinstall app. But still no skygrid please fix, my sister in florida can't get news either, I'm having skygrid withdrawal....

One of my favourite personal news readers on iOS. I'd love to use it on my BBerry Playbook too in the android runtime. It works almost fine there, it just forgets my selections from day to day, which kind of defeats its purpose!

I was a apple user, this app looks like half done, are you guys planning on improvising it or not?

I use this on an iPhone where the design is much better. My main use is saving custom news, such as "malware", where I can tap it and see all the latest news regarding that subject. The android version does this but forcing someone into landscape mode is ridiculous. feedly works better for my purposes.

Nice app! I fix the problem crashes and widget and would get 5 stars from me. Works great on. My ios devices.

Initially this app was really useful. Kept me up to date with all kinds of stuff I was interested in. Uninstalled after interests lost for 3rd time.

Great concept. Follow stories and decide which publisher's version to read. Or compare versions from different views. The app has many outlets and topics to follow. Unfortunately the android app does not save favorites. I must re select the feeds very time I open the app. A real pin. I prefer the ipad app version.

Great variety from numerous sources. Not sure on data usage but seems ok.

Good app but has bugs

Enjoy the ability to quickly view various News & Sports feeds in one quick and easy application. Would be lost without it.

This is disappointing because it is not as unified as the iTunes version. It is clunky as hell

The service is really good but the built in browser it uses to view the articles is really bad. No tabs, not even any pinch to zoom, and it's pretty sluggish. Please just add an option to open the articles in my device's default browser.

One of the better news aggregation apps. I would give it 5 stars if only they would fix the fav forgets and force close issues. The same issues have happened on my old HTC EVO and EVO 3d, new One X, as well as my Asus Transformer Prime. Please fix this app.

Works well, get my news fix just fine.

The custom sites part of the app is very good. The default Top News section needs a little improvement. The default page icons are a little too big and no option seems to be available to customize the page. Settings also seems to be very limited. I have recently noticed that the app runs in the background and keeps using data. It can not be shut down - not good!

Loved this app. LOVED. But it kept erasing my favs which makes it pointless. Sadly it appears from reading other reviews that the issue has been going on for at least a year. That's bad "news." So I uninstalled it.
