OTC Anywhere

Much better than calling to speak to a live person but the app does force close often.

Hope the time-out issue is resolved. If it is, I'll give it 5 stars.

The time out kills me! Please work on the issue. Maybe extend the time out by an hour or make it so you can see the safe number that you have open and give you the option to continue with that safe or close safe.

I like OTC Anywhere and it and it makes my life easier at work. I have a few suggestions... 1: Change the "password" prompt to "Employee Number" since that it needs. 2: Use the telephone keypad instead of the QWERTY keypad for "password" entry. 3: Pressing the lower right corner won't minimize OTC Anywhere. You have to close the app to do anything else. 4: If you have the lock open more than 30 minutes the application fails on a close attempt. Why? 5: If a lock close fails, OTC Anywhere forgets the lock number. You have to try to open a different lock to see the lock number that is still open on your key. (Error message says "Close lock xxxxxx first." OTC Anywhere should auto populate the lock number in this case. 6: Use the telephone keyboard when closing a lock instead of the QWERTY keyboard. 7: When you are finished entering your close seal, the "Close" and "Reassign" are covered by the keyboard. Move the buttons so they will not be covered up by the keyboard. 8: If a lock has been opened for more than a half hour I think OTC Anywhere should beep and put itself on the screen and ask for a close seal to protect against unclosed locks. Maybe with a snooze button.

Convenient to use, much more so than calling. Though it constantly times out before I have a chance to close my lock. Timeout should be 1hr. Is there a reason the time out is 30 minutes? First Line techs are allotted about an hour onsite. So if I'm in the vault for 45 minutes I need to re-enter the lock # and close code. Is this a security measure? A response would be appreciated.

I enjoy everything about this app. My only suggestion is with the lock close successful message change from red to green. I see the red and always at first think it didnt work

When app times out, you can't get back to combo/close screen and have to call in your close close.

Only flaw is the timeout doesn't give you enough time in the lock and times out too soon where you have to log back in and try again.

The app times out after 30 min with a login error. It wont allow you to log back in to enter a close seal which requires a call to cencon. It will be great after that issue is fixed.

Same issue reported earlier for Samsung S5 / Verizon. After inputting initial startup data app just flashes and cannot initialize. May be Android V.5 or possibly an issue with security options? Would like to use this app if it can be corrected.

But there is a pretty big battery draw. Please address.

Super quick and useful. Now I dont have to end phone calls just to get a combo.

After entering setup info, screen just flashes over and over initializing. Tried twice to type in info and setup. Samsung galaxy s5
