The KRCL Public Radio App allows you to listen to KRCL, pause and rewind the live audio, and view the program schedule for KRCL all at once! You can explore On Demand content, search for programs, bookmark a program for later, and wake up to KRCL with the alarm clock!

I rely on this app to listen to my favorite radio station, since I don't have access to a traditional radio at home right now. However, there are a few minor issues that interfere with its smooth operation. For example, sometimes the audio stops playing for no reason. It's pretty easy to turn it back on. Also, I often find that when I've been streaming music on the app and then navigate away to other apps on my phone, a notification card displays along the top menu of the phone. It's helpful as long as I'm still listening to music. However, I usually find that the notification card stays in the top menu and is impossible to dismiss, even when I'm no longer listening to music. The only way to dismiss it is to restart my phone. Aside from these minor minor bugs I love this app!

KRCL, the great radio station playing all sorts of music. Stuff you've never heard of, music you love but you didn't know you loved before. It's eclectic combination of jams that will make you feel good anytime of the week, when it comes from Sagebrush Serenade on Saturdays to the Good Morning Show on weekdays. KRCL is thee source for Good Vibes and good music. Long live FM radio!

I'm very upset u cost me $1300.00 in data background charges in 24 hours. My app was closed and got charged 65 gb in overage. Please fix your your app Verizon says it's not there fault says it's yours.

I had listened to the radio on this app, then later that day rebooted my phone. Before going to bed, I verified that all apps were closed, then enabled a battery saver while I slept (which turned off the wifi). This app launches in the background, and used 12.11GB of data during the 8 hours before I woke to see messages from AT&T that I was over my limit, and being charged for more. I have no idea what it was doing. The phone data usage clearly shows that it was this app.... Beware! AT&T says "too bad, the app is not our problem" Until now, I would have rated this at 4 or 5, but now I have lost all my data for the month (1/2 way through billing cycle), plus all banked "roll over" data, and owe more. I do not yet have a response from Sky Blue Technologies Inc. For now it is 1 star!

I would have given it 5 stars but it continued to use data when it wasn't playing and was in the background. So 2 hours, 1.5 GB of data, and an uninstall later I'm writing this review on WiFi.

Really wish it would keep a record of played songs. Sometimes I can't understand the DJ on who the artist was. This app used to have it way back when, and I really miss that feature. Especially when shazam or soundhound can't pick it up...
