T cloud를 사랑해주신 고객님들께 죄송한 안내 말씀을 드리게 되었습니다.

T cloud 서비스가 2016년 12월31일자로 종료됩니다.
고객님들께 더 나은 서비스와 편의를 제공하고자 노력하였으나, 변화된 사업환경에서 더 이상 서비스 유지가 어렵다고 판단되어 부득이하게 서비스를 종료하게 되었습니다.

서비스 종료시점까지 고객님들께서 저장하신 데이터는 안전하게 백업 받으실 수 있도록 최선을 다해, 지원하도록 하겠습니다. 그동안 T cloud를 이용해 주신 모든 분들께 다시 한번 감사 인사드립니다.

2016년 07월18일 (월)
- T cloud 유료상품 가입 불가

2016년 08월17일 (수) :
- 신규 회원 가입, 모바일 회원의 ID 회원 전환, 구 통합ID 회원의 ID 회원 전환 중단.
- T cloud 업로드 중단
- T cloud 자동 업로드 중단 (사진/동영상/주소록/문자)
- T cloud 안드로이드 앱 내 제공 중인 스마트 랩, 타임라인,클립보드 서비스 중단
- T cloud 모바일 앱 내 제공 중인 앨범 편집(생성,삭제,변경,이동 등) 기능 일부
- T cloud 안심백업 > T cloud로 백업하기 기능 제공 중단
- T cloud 안심백업 예약백업 제공 중단
- T cloud 라운지 신규 가입, 신규 라운지 생성, 라운지 내 게시물 공유 불가 등

[파일 백업 안내]
-파일 백업(다운로드)은 2016년 12월 31일까지 가능하며, T cloud 홈페이지,안드로이드 앱, 아이폰 앱 등을 통해 저장된 데이터를 백업 받을 수 있습니다.

-2016년 8월17일 부터 보다 편리한 파일 백업을 지원하기 위해 " T cloud 백업프로그램" 이 제공됩니다.
백업 프로그램을 사용하시면, 다사위 파일도 한번에 백업 받을 수 있습니다.

-서비스가 종료되는 2016년 12월31일 이후에는 Cloud에 저장된 모든 데이터가 삭제되오니, 반드시 서비스 종료 전에 고객님의 소중한 데이터를 pc로 안정하게 백업 받으시기 바랍니다.

관련된 추가 문의사항은 T cloud 1:1 문의하기 혹은 고객센터(1800-0151)로 연락주시기 바랍니다. (평일 09:00 ~ 18:00)

File Backup Guide]
- Back up files (download) can get back up the stored data through the available and, T cloud homepage, Android apps, iPhone apps, etc. until December 31st 2016.

To support a more convenient file backup from -2016 August 17, provides a "T cloud backup program."
If you use a backup program, and son-in-law files can also be backed up at once.

- All data stored on the Cloud doeohni service after December 31, 2016 is deleted, ended, please make sure you back up stably obtain your precious data before the service ends with a pc.
