Massage Envy

I wanted to like the app, but I could not. The app would not even let me log in, even though i tried several times. I am not sure why massage envy would produce an app that does not even work. To me, that is beyond puzzling.

On your website I used to be able to see the schedules of who is available so I could schedule my appointments. I was told several times by the location I go to that this would be available in this app. Either fix this app to make it useful or turn back on the scheduling on your website.

"Locations" doesn't even load. And without ability to make appointments anywhere but your home club renders it practically useless to me. Looks good, but useless.

For Mother's Day (and my Birthday), I treated my MOM for her very 1st Massage. After a 90 minute massage for us both, we felt like a bowl of jello and so relaxed. While getting dressed, I decided to see how much a Membership would cost. Being a patient with chronic pain all over I thought since I've tried physical therapy, pool therapy, chiropractic care, taking pain relieving medications and a number of surgeries. I figured adding massage to the rest could only help.

This app won't let me sign in. I do the forgot password and it tells me it doesn't recognize my email. So I try to sign up again and it tells me my email is already used. Make up your mind. The website is no better and they make no attempt to respond to the problems.

Not completely useless, shows next scheduled appointment and credits but is missing some desirable functions and others just seem incomplete. There is no way to change or schedule appointments, many tabs show blank screens where there should be details about the service, and the is no information for the cost of services. If like to see how my credits can be spent and what the cost of additional services would be as a member. It's also terribly obnoxious that every time the app is opened none of my information shows up but I have to logout anyway and then login to see anything. Overall, this app could and should be much more useful to better support members.

Please, fix this quick, it'll help tremendously with the business. People should be able to log in without being members! There should be an app or a section solely for ME Therapists. Get going on!

It is a useless app. It doesnt even show my next appointment. Could be a useful app if it actually worked

App provides my account info but the locate services doesn't work. Current on a trip in Florida. I know there are several locations within ten miles of the hotel, and can see a Message Envy location from my window. App shows none.

It can't even find a location of massage envy spas. It does show how many massages I have available.

The app won't search for Massage Envys no matter what I do, I've reinstalled it, reconnected to the net, and it dosen't even offer a help function.

After a week of installing, uninstalling, and repeating... still unable to even log in. Uninstalled one last time and will not be installing it again.

Only good for checking available sessions. Nothing else works. It is rather useless.

I travel frequently and the app will not allow my to s hedule for all locations because they don't Always come on the map. For example, the ontario California location On 4th st does not come on the map. Its just not convenient.

It'd be great if you could actually see therapists availability when scheduling appts, should you want a specific one, otherwise availability based on massage type. Would be great if the annual client form was uploaded to your profile to access and modify as necessary. The map doesn't seem to work to find nearby or other locations... The only thing helpful in this app is knowing how many massages I have remaining, and the history log of who I saw and when.

App isn't terrible. It shows me how many credits I have and when my next appointment is. The thing that's stupid is that the app forces you to log out and then log back in every time you open it. It doesn't tell you to do this, it just doesn't work otherwise. That's just lazy programming.

App does not show current information on massage history unless I log off and log back in. Unable to mark massage as favorite. These are the main reasons I want to use the app. Other features on app does not seem to work it's blank.

Worthless. Can't make an appointment online. You can request one and then get a call back but what is the point of that? Doesn't show me how many massages I have remaining. Shows that my last massage was in 2014 even though I go every 3-4 weeks. Only rating it a 1 because 0 isn't an option. Massage Envy and my massage therapist are fantastic. This app is a waste.

Information not updated, doesn't locate well, and is basically useless. Finally got my massages updated, but there is still no information under any of the membership benefits sub-headings. Provides no real value.

If the app actually worked, it would really be great based on the set up. Every time I try to go to a page within the app, it doesn't load -- it just stays blank. Each time I try to update info or save a change, the app freezes. I love Massage Envy, but the app is pointless.

Please fix this. And maybe consider sending your clinics information on the app so when clients come to us for help, we have at least some idea of what they're talking about. I really like pretty much all the changes that are rolling out with this company, but this just makes us look silly.

Times out, can't make an appt. Didn't save preferences. What good is this. It doesn't find any locations when you do a search. They need to get their act together!!

I love Massage Envy. The app is a great idea, but it will not let me sign up or login. The receptionist at ME told me they have had a lot of complaints and have been told a solution is in progress. I'll be waiting.

Map shoes zero locations in Denver. I can only request an appt for the location I originally signed on. No option to add the 3 locations in my new zip code. Pro* can see how many sessions I have saved up.

The app glitches a lot but is usually resolved by logging out and logging back in. You can't do much with the app but see your past massages, how many massages you have, and up coming appointments. I wish you were able to transfer over massages through the app ... it's a paint having to call in.

Absolutely worthless! It does not find any locations on the map. Does not show upcoming appointments. Does not show past appointments, unless they are beyond 3 months ago. Can't truly book apps on the app. It's not tied to the reservation system in any way. It only prompts a phone call from ME to help schedule an appt. What's the point?

I wish I could enter more of a review, but when I try to sign in, or look up the password, it says I don't exist. When I try to sign up, it says I already have an account under the info I'm inputting.... hhhhh...

I dont know why this app has so many negative reviews, I get to see my next appt. And that's all I really need, plus massage envy is awesome ❤

I think massage envy app should have a part for their employees also. A way to check our schedules and see tips information

I can't even log in to the app, it always asks for me to confirm my login information and theres no instructions on how to do so.

What's the point of having app if you still need to call to manage your appointments?

I have uninstalled and reinstalled and this app never works. I get an email sent to me to update password and guess what???? Still doesn't work....frustrated!!!! Please fix this issue.......

Search function does not work. Can't find locations by searching for city, zip or even state.

It's useless, doesnt show correct historical or future appointment info, constantly crashes. Completely worthless

I can view my next appointment. However, once that appointment is completed, the next one doesn't show in the app. I have to logoff / logon between appointments in order to refresh the "next appointment" details. Massage envy sells stress reduction. My experience with this app is contrary to that goal.

I am not too fond of the app. Whenever I want to learn info of the massages or facials nothing appears. Not even the location search works

If this actually worked it would be great. Not even the location app works. None of the information shows. If you can't fix this just pull it from the app store it is an embarrassment.

Will not let me sign in, keeps telling me to verify my information. Verified and even reset my password. Still no luck.
