How can you just up 15 seconds per day without repeating. I could understand 5 seconds but 15! Hold up!
Good, simple workout but curve is a bit steep. Plus the pause button isn't a true pause. It sets you back to zero.
I completed the 30 day challenge in June (after failing to complete April and May) Man! the last few days of the side plank is a killer. The daily reminder is excellent to avoid skipping a day.
Useful app to help record progress with the plank challenge, but really frustrating that you can't be following more than one workout at a time. When you load another one, the data from the original is wiped, meaning that the app wants you to start again. Obviously the workout has still taken place but it's demoralising that the information is not kept.
The difference between day 11 and day 12 is WAY TO LARGE. Day 11 was 60 seconds. Day 12 is 90 seconds. WTF!
This is a great little app. Simple but effective.

Maybe it's just me but could do with longer rest from 90 sec planks, and side planking after 90 secs a lot harder so progression to next stage should be longer to allow body to adjust
I'm liking this app so far... I hope to see results down the line. I also love how you do regular, then side planks :)
Such a simple app but works brilliantly
This app use to work on my Samsung S4 but now I have no options to play they different exercise with the countdown and I just bought the no add version and still no options for the day by day exercise countdown. Bummer....
Great for someone just starting out with planks. Get ready to burn those abs.
I love this app, I've nearly made it to 5 minutes and really like the simplicity of this app. Having the 10 seconds starting time and counting down the plank time both really help. I find the countdown very motivational.
Hopefully this and consistent workout abs dieting will help me reach my goals.

Is it available for Apple phones? I have a friend that wants to try it but she can't find it in her apple store.

After 2 day it stops work. I try to remove and install it again, but it's not working now. I say about payment version. Money to garbage.
This is exactly what i was looking for: a simple every day plan.
Good app, but I am only giving it 4 stars because it can only keep track of one workout at a time, have to keep going to the right workout when I do the plank then the squat challenge
And not adjustable at all.
I was done with Day 4 of the Plank. I went into settings to check out the other workout options and it reset my Plank data! What happened? I want my process back!
Does exactly what it says in an easy and straightforward manner. I was pleasantly surprised to find not only customization, but also other bonus challenges such as ab and squat challenges too. You get a push notification every day to remind you too. Great app!:)
I'm on day 22, and updated app. I like that i can now watch the countdown. But since this is the first challenge I have done I have needed to pause and rest. Before the update it restarted at the time I left off. Now it starts at the very beginning, i don't like this. It also beeps at the countdown for the first start time, and the restart time.
Update 1.3.1 fixed the crashing problem, thanks. Now giving 4 star
Pretty good! Especially as they're adding more options such as custom rest times, more work outs, etc. Not sure how useful it will be once I get to 5 minutes planks but that's a ways off, heh. The two big improvements I'd life to see: 1. Repeat a week. When I'm floundering by Day 3 of the week, I know I'm not strong enough to move on. Having the option to repeat a week or reset specific workouts would be great. 2. Actually pause workouts when you pause, not resetting the time for that move.
Would give 5 stars but app will not log in to my FB even after I bought the ad free version & I don't get the daily notifications. (Galaxy S2) PLEASE FIX cause I LOVE THIS APP!!
