Installed the app entered VIN no and it's showing it's already configured to some other mobile number. I raised a request for change of mobile number thru the app but no response from Skoda over 48 hrs of waiting. Way to go Skoda, keeping your reputation. Worst app ever installed on my phone.

OTP not received. I had this issue couple of months back and had to delete the app. Tried again today the problem still remain.. Can anyone from Skoda solve this issue. Without VIN registration this app will be useless.

I thought it to be a great app initially however was disappointed after some time. Can be used to retrieve service invoices or track mileage but nothing more worthy.. I am trying to access this app since 5 days but couldn't access it..it keeps shutting down. have submitted feedback too but nothing worked Not a great app

Nearly 5 months have passed and i still cannot use the app. Looks like the creator of this app is bent on spoiling the good name of skoda... Can i give it a zero rating? Update:Installed the updated app, entered my cars VIN number. Some other mobile number is configured. Raised a request through the app for change of number. No response. App still useless.... I tried booking a service through the app on Sunday and till now its showing pending confirmation. What's the point of having the bookings via app when you don't respond timely. Last time also i had made a booking it took skoda 7 days to revert til the by preferred date had gone, further the discount/ promotion for booking service through app was not provided. The last visit to the garrage is also not captured correctly.

Simply horrible app . Can't even book an appointment with this useless app. Only says service booked but no token number is sent to mobile or given in the app . No call from the dealer. Useless app.

Doesn't work. When I enter VIN it says VIN found. When I click submit it says Invalid VIN. I contacted the support email given in the error message and haven't heard back in 4 days. Disappointing.

I booked service through App but not received any confirmation not service center bother to contact. I tried calling service center after booking through App but no one is picking up the phone. Start of bad service, looks like time change vehicle brand.

Good app but when I changed my phone, I am unable to add my car to Garage. It says VIN found but not usable because it is linked to some other registration.

After multiple tries too the app could not set the service apointment. The geo location feature does not work. I really fail to understand the utility of this app.

Tried using the fuel efficiency record. The app is showing incorrect results for fuel efficiency. It requires a simple division of kilometers covered by amount of fuel. Even such a simple calculation is incorrect

Not useful by any means. Most of the features don't work. No updates are available. It's shameful for a car company said to be of international reputation.

My app is not working; mine is a Samsung phone. I launch the app and it goes into a forever spin, followed by an error message.

I booked my car service through this app 2 times till now. I see a message that I will get confirmation but I have never received confirmation. I called service centre to check whether my service is confirmed. Surprisingly my service is not confirmed when I booked through this mobile app. I don't know whats the use of this app.

Worst app as was expected... Dosent take the chasis number and noone responds.... Non techmical persons must have designed it as is the case with their service centres whete they use crude hit n trial methods to repair cars... Skoda is useless

useless App. Dealer locator is showing irrelevant information. Like skoda car,App is also worst

Does Skoda has the guts to give feedback option for the services booked..why isn't the option available..if they enable the option to provide feedback by the customers..they can understand the pain each customer is going through with the 4th rated service they are doing

Trying to register it says vin found but we haven't recevied the sms for otp. Also it doesn't have option to resend

On adding my car it is saying VIN not usable, it is already registered with another ID.

Why does this app want permission to make phone calls? Deleted at that point of installation

We four friends planned a trip jaisalmer. I could tell the other three folks in advance the cost for fuel with the fuel cost calculator. It helped us in planning our budgets accordingly

OTP comes 3 hours after applying and it comes expired..not a good app for such a company..

Skoda claims to have worked hard on customer relations and after sales but looks like it is just a comment from them not a commitment...i was thinking of buying a skoda rapid monte carlo but seeing reviews here and elsewhere and the late response from the company i am changing my plan...jeep compass now...

Crap app. Third class skoda people proved why the skoda is a taxi service in europe

What is vin no?? Mention somewhere don't think user know all what you all know? You drive service from this app and when user go he find this vin????

The app has simply stopped working after my android version got updated to Nougat

All the features are really very impressive. I am easily able to get a lot information about my Vehicle.

It says otp sent....dint receive any otp Disney have an option to resend otp

Does the spare parts price and service cost which are showed in skoda app is same as in skoda service centre? Does it includes GST?

Fuel cost Meter....not working after the update.

Seems helpful. But my VIN is associated with someone. What to do?
