I used Icam for years to monitor my pets at home while I'm at work. I recently bought Icam Pro and it monitors great from home on my WiFi but will not let me view from work when I'm away from my local network WiFi. I tried the proxy thing, the UDS whatever thing. I spent many hours configuring router setups etc. Nothing worked. I went back to using the old version even though the video is choppy and not as smooth as the Pro version. Wish I could get my money refunded.

It may not be the most feature rich, but for the price and ease of use, it really is a great solution! For $9.99 it comes REAL close to other software that runs upwards of $60. I would definitely recommend this to the average home user! For the price it packs a lot of features that you simply won't get in other software at this price point.

Yes it keeps on kicking me out all the time it's saying that connection to the icam broker something something something and then I've been using it on different devices on a tablet and on Galaxy S6 he just does not want to work for me maybe you guys can fix this problem. Thank you! I will give it 5 stars if I don't have these problems anymore love that app it's good has potential.

Works great at home over WIFI, but I bought the monthly subscription, and it kept asking me to buy proxy data :( I wanted to use it on the go to watch my dog who had just had surgery. Also was disappointed I couldn't talk to my dog through it. I could hear her when I could connect. It was great at giving notifications, I just didn't know what they were and couldn't see anything.

When I purchased the original iCam, it was great. It was somewhat easy to set up. I could always count on it. In fact, it helped me catch some people breaking into my home. Well sorry to say that it's come to an end. My iCam hasn't worked properly for months now. I haven't been able to remote into my cameras anywhere outside of my home. Update 2-17-17:. App has too many bugs and their support is weak.If you look at their forum, they don't have any solutions on how to make a connection away from home. Seems like they're not keeping up with software updates, both their own and our phone devices.
