About Cartoon Yourself
The Cartoon Yourself app lets you turn your photo into a cartoon sketch, cartoon drawing and black and white cartoon. The cartoonize effect is realistic and professional looking.
Step 1:
To cartoonify your image, simply tap the "Select a Photo" button and choose a file that is in .jpg, .png or .gif format.
Step 2:
Click the "Apply Effect" button.
After your picture has been turned into a cartoon, you can download it and if you'd like, you can upload it to Facebook, Twitter, Google+, VK or any other social network, forum or site and set the picture as a profile picture, cover photo etc.

Server errors never could get photo uploaded. Finally Uninstalled the app.

Not many options as to controlling exposure or contrast (that I noticed), but that's what other apps are for. This particular app works better when you have a crisp and clear photo than one with low resolution, but that's normal with any app of this caliber. There's ads, but not intruding my space so far. Other than that, it seems to be a decent app.
