Staples Canada for Android
I have this link on my computer and have used it for years. Love how easy it is to navigate. This app is ridiculous, I own a business and you advise to help at a fingers touch yet nothing works properly. You dropped the ball. Please fix this!!
It doesn't even begin to address what I would expect from such a large company. Freezes often, extremely slow, coding is horrible. Deleting this immediately.
Staples' website does not work for store location with a mobile browser & no mobile site. I tried downloading this, the store locator worked once but failed every other time, the app could not find "loc_query". Reinstalled and the store locator worked one time again.
Doesn't allow me to have my tablet rotated 180 degrees. I had hoped that the app would work better than accessing the website with Chrome (which is really frustrating - the mobile version is ugly).
It's too bad this app is so awful. I work at Staples and having a solid app would make life so much easier.
Extremely slow to load product and won't allow me to see the additional product photos. Also won't do anything when I click the "get started" button (for personalized product).
I wouldn't trust the app to successfully place an order. Best use the website.
App is broken: store locator does not work and think it's the device location service that is disabled! Uninstall app and use website.
So all the comments say the app sucks. The last one dated 18 months ago. Guess what? It still sucks!
this app is overdue for a update last one was about 3 years ago either that it needs a overhaul really badly. :/
Well, ive already had a few problems.. one is when I click on something after searching.. when I press back it takes me all the way to the top off the page. Another is that it keeps signing me out. It also keeps freezing on me. Please fix because I really want to like and use this app :/
Can't find any stores in Ottawa. Doesn't show store stock. The app acts just as bad as the website. Please fix this and give us a useful app. Go to the bestbuy app and see how theirs works. Try that

Can't do anything with this app, starts up then just keeps refreshing the main page.
This app is a horrible wrapper for the mobile website. The tabs at the bottom are not swipe-capable, there is a useless menu button that does nothing, and the shop button simply pulls up the mobile website. Please hire someone to redo this as a native app.
You can tell how lazy of this designer.
Images won't load and the apps interface looks terribly outdated! A difficult app to navigate... And don't think I haven't noticed that it's just the Canadian app that's received no love.
Slow awkward app. Easier to just go to the Web site.

Whoever approved this app at Staples head offices should be fired. Why would I want to download an app to view your mobile website? Maybe I would just, I don't know, open the website in my browser instead!? Go native or don't bother calling this thing an app.
When browsing products it only shows maybe 10. Then you need to hit the more button. Well on a phone its so small that's it's impossible. You end up hitting a product. And then you have to hit back and lose your place. Too frustrating to keep using.
When you select flyers the App takes you to a marketing site not even remotely related to Staples. This bug has already been reported I want to rate -1 for Staples failure to listen to users
Just as bad as the apple version. Every time I have to type in my postal code. Total crap. I'm surprised to see the same review from over a year ago.

Reinstall clears up most issues.
When I select weekly fliers or online fliers, the app directs me to Transcontinental's webpage. "A marketing activation company"... Why?
Search doesn't work on app or web{site. I look up brand (Netgear) and it shows 27 items and only shows 5 of them after expanding the list. If I look up the name of the item (Nighthawk) and it shows 2 items found and won't show the items. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but if I am it is way too confusing. Wasted enough time and will have go to desktop or buy from another company.
This is a mobile app, it needs to be location aware, not ask me for my postal code!
The mobile website doesn't allow me to search products, so I downloaded this app, it states the same thing "no products available" also
Why even spend money on giving a horrible customer experience with this app. Not having an app would be better.

I select a product and continue through to where I want and it tells me my selection doesn't match, secondly, why do you need access to my camera etc,,, pretty dam nosey, , thirdly, why do you want my payment method? Pretty presumptuous of you!
App loads flyer poorly clips off products. App not designed well at all, no thought in actually making it work. No ladscape mode, I even ordered at catalog directly from Staples didn't recieve it in the mail. Really dropping the ball on providing supplies and services to business.

I am absolutely floored at how poor this app is! For an office and technology business, I would expect so much more! Wow! Terrible!
