Using this app makes me lose my damn mind. It is so unbelievably slow, everything takes forever load...it's been this way forever. I have literally decided numerous times to not purchase something simply because of how difficult the app was being. Please Gap, please fix this app and make my life easier.

I came to this review TO COMPLAIN ????. This app is the slowest app I have and is awful. Plus, if you don't wait and keep pressing on it can take where you don't want to go. I'm about to remove this application until something better is offered

App allows for viewing of items, but when trying to login and purchase items, it cycles through various login prompts but never allows the check out process to happen. It thinks I am logged in, I do login, and then I get a prompt saying "you are successful logged out". Even though I was not logged in. So frustrating! This has happened over multiple days.

Uh, UI is unusable who puts the back button on the top? Really slow. Used it for less than 5 minutes and uninstalled it. Gap needs to invest more on their mobile team and infrastructure if they want to do better in this mobile age.

This app is unbelievably slow compared to its competitors. It loads for way too long for such a simple app. Almost impossible to use, would NOT recommend. (also the app has so many five stars because the app asks you to rate it with a pop-up)

Just so slow and keeps reloading. I am not going to scroll through hundreds of items that are not my size. Fix speed and search capacity and I will by. I don't remember it being this bad.

Love this app be cause i can pay my bill on it and all the brands show up. But 50% of the time it won't open. When I do get it open it's so slow loading the pics that I might as well go to the store!

Love the Gap and love shopping on line rather than in store but the app is so slow. Also when applying a discount codes have to be reapplied often when you go in and out of app.

The app is horrible! It's slow and hardly ever works. I deleted it and just open up a page on chrome. That works way better, but the app IA an absolute waste of storage space on my phone.

Keeps forgetting my credit card, so when I want to use my rewards, I have to re-enter all of the information while the store clerk waits. Then it logs me out and forgets the account password and I have to go find that... I might as well just print the stuff at home and forget the app.

For such a huge company/corporation you'd think that they'd have one of the best apps out there. However, it's complete garbage. It's slow, searches take extremely long to load and the pages jump around. There is no point in using this app.

Ever since the upgrade, I get an error message about the certificate being expired every time I'm in the shopping cart trying to check out. Every time. And you can't get past it. I've removed the app and reinstalled twice now. I'm done with it.

Very very slow and issues with a popup stating the server certificate has expired! Images are often pixelated which make it difficult to see item texture.

I'm shocked that a large company such as The Gap has such a crappy app. It is so slow that I only use it when I have too.

App is slow and clunky, poor experience. Gap products are great.

I can't believe that a company like Gap would put out such an unbelievably slow and clunky app. Such a nightmare to use and navigate through.

This is absolutely ridiculous! Every time I open the app it states that the certificate for this server is invalid and won't let me do anything at all. I have Uninstalled it and installed it multiple times. Beyond annoyed!

I'm sorry developers but this app needs to trashed and redone from scratch. I've been using for over 2 years now and it's getting worse by the minute please do something about it thanks in advance

Mostly only use it for CC payments 1. Password characters need to be opened up 2. Log in is always too difficult - needs finger print scanner. 3. Always slow - hyperlinks fail to load or even begin loading 50% of the time

Can not log into the credit card login. This makes the app useless to me. All I get is a message saying there was an error and to go back and retry. Same thing happens with Sams club app for the credit card. Maybe something to do with the company that controls both cards? Makes it difficult to pay my cards.

It keeps asking me to sign in during checkout process. It says my session has timed out when I try to add promo codes. I just signed in.

Uninstalling Gap and the Old Navy app. It runs incredibly slow and now I get a warning pop up that the app is not secure and that my personal information might be at risk. No thanks I'm done.

Hate it it's super slow it won't work every time I look at something I have to start my search all over again

This app takes to long to load amongst other things terrible horrible you need to fix

Writing over laps. Horrible execution. Haven't shopped there in 4ever and now I don't plan on going back.

Can't even get the app to open. It takes forever loading. I haven't made it past the Gap logo.

This last update was awful! Now I am unable to view any items, and I can't even get to my cart to check out to buy the things that were in my cart before the update. I give it one more week before I uninstall.

I cross my fingers everytime in hope that the app has become better but nope. Issues with loading everytime. Why cant Gap get it together? I love the site and may shop more if the app was as easy as 1 2 3.

It was too slow and unmanageable on my phone. It worked much better on my tablet, but there's no back button that I can find. This really makes it a pain to use.

Same problems with this app as with the Old Navy app. Filters are slow to load. Main page slow to load. As with Old Navy app, deleting. Life is too short to wait for this app to load.

This app is painfully slow. Unresponsive. Filtering for specific sizes and styles needs to be improved. This app is garbage.

Just updated a few days ago, now I can't get to the other stores like I used to. I pull up the menu, click on banana & nothing happens. Please fix!! I miss this convenience!!

This app is great, is super friendly user. It allows to store your coupons to use them anytime you need. It reminds you about their expiration date. It makes the current offers very clear to see and to take advantage of. The products are well lay out in different categories, easy to browse. It makes shopping very easy, fast, efficient and convenient.

Scanning needs improvement. Doesn't auto focus the cameras of a Samsung Galaxy S6

I don't know what's wrong with this app, Im trying to open the app but it's not opening... I downloaded again and still the same ... Something wrong with app.

Extremely slow and they changed the UI so it makes it difficult to use my phone's navigation buttons. Worthless.

I've given up on many sales/purchases b/c of the time it takes to actually browse.
