UI is not intuitive and app is laggy. Couldn't even add an item to shopping cart from order summary page, so BR missed out on an incremental sale. And why no PayPal? Don't want to save card on file but without PayPal will think twice before embarking on such a lengthy checkout next time.

Runs desperately slow on Android. I'm running a Samsung S7, with latest OS. Absurdly slow, and completely unusable. Oddly, runs much better on a friend's iPhone. I was not able to redeem rewards instore because of this, and so gave up the sale, walked out without the shirts I wanted to buy.

This app is neat in theory, but it works terribly. I've had nothing but trouble with it, culminating in an order going to Hawaii instead of coming to me in California.

Nothing loads. How would one shop when all that is visible is a spinner?

It is a shame because this is my favorite store but its app is too laggy and crashes constantly. In ten minutes I did not successfully view a single item. It is disappointing how a good brand can have such a poor performing application.

It has some good features but the app is so laggy, it makes it next to impossible to use. Loading of pages takes forever, even on a wifi connection.

Even less functionality than before. I just want to pay my bill and it's almost impossible to get to the right screen without having to go through 7 different prompts and getting logged out. They need to focus on making an actual app, rather than just trying to dumb down their web page.

I recently updated the app to the new version hoping it would be faster and better and unfortunately it's not. I'm using it on a Galaxy S7 Edge with the marshmellow os and it's so frustrating to be so slow. It gets the job done because I can still shop but yesterday it took me over 20 minutes to buy 2 items. Ugh.

I love BR but since the store nearest me closed I do 95% of my shopping online/app. This app is terrible. It closes mid purchase 90% of the time. I've notice that it closes regardless of I'm using my Android or my IPhone. It is equally terrible regardless the operating system.

It's useless. I used it in the past to access my reward points. It was working, slow though. It stopped working recently even with updated version; Removing now.

I can no longer get this app to load.. in the past, when it has worked, it loads super slow on every page. Uninstalling.

I downloaded it, it kept spinning. It finally displayed a home screen, I tried to do a search for a specific item and the search bar doesn't work. I uninstalled this worthless app from my phone.

And now it opens in Gap, not BR. Bad enough how slow it is, now it doesn't even work right. I'd give it 0 stars if I could.

Save yourself the frustration and don't even install it. This app is horrendous, extremely slow and difficult to navigate.

This app is preaty terrible with pop ups and adds....adds for Banana Republic....slow and it doesn't work properly, logging you out. Hey banana lets invest in a little bit of IT help with all that cash you're raking in.

I love banana but this app is super slow and does not respond. I couldnt even check out! I had to turn on my pc to complete my order.... ridiculous.

Takes forever to go to a different tap/page

It NEVER recognizes my username and the server is constantly having problems. I had to made my payment over the phone because this app is the biggest joke. I don't know why I even use this credit card...

This app does not work at all. Never ever loads it only makes my baterry low!!! Is there one that does work???

Holy crap this app sucks. I gave it 2 stars and went back to change to one because it is SO FREAKING SLOW! I'll shop somewhere else. Uninstall.

Just use the website... You'll click on things and they take forever to load. Sometimes click on things and it takes you back home.

Installed it because the mobile site was awful - images not loading making it impossible to shop. Unfortunately the app isn't much better. Uninstalled the app 5 mins later.

Super difficult to navigate. I can never redeem my rewards. I have to keep changing my password every time I try to login because it never recognizes either my username or password.

I recently updated app and now it's super slow and it's telling me my password and email address are invalid. Can't even log in to my cc account!

Biggest waste of time. Nothing work, buggy, slow and cant even login. Says not available at this time try again later. Happening for over a month. Time to uninstall this junk.
