It works very well on my note 3, but I want to use it for my laptop as I want to get patient's signature for informed consent and store more photographs. Is there a way to get this app on my Windows laptop? I played the blues text but I cannot import the CSV file from the cloud in to the Windows based blue stack app.

An excellent app in very many ways, but it would be helpful if one could modify notes in a couple of ways, such as making the date match the date that the care was given, or adding data such as lab values to a note once they become available.

newly introduced subscription fees are extremely high and unfair.never expected such thing when I bought this app about one and half years ago.This is a very disappointing move by the developer. Now I stopped using this and looking for an alternative.

I've had this app and loved it since installed early 2014. However, just did an update and now it stated I can't add anymore clients unless I pay for the premium service. I originally paid for the app, went right for the premium instead of the free version, wasn't too expensive. But now they are wanting $425 a year! Unfortunately will be looking elsewhere to do charting.

This is the best patient records application on the market. I have just upgraded to a paid version and it is more than what I have expected. I run a small practice and this is exactly what I have been looking for. I am able to record patients, review previous visits, attach images like xrays and photos, and use this app to bill them. Appointments reminders are sent either by sms or email. It is a must app for all doctors who run a practice. Thank you to the developers. You will continue to develop us further with your apps.

Fantastic. Much easier to keep track of appointments, treatments, and details. Have been using this app for 2-3 months and don't know what I did before I had it. Support is amazing and really work with you if problems. Also the developers listen to you and take on board suggestions. I run this app on my Sony tablet and love it.
