Only just downloaded the app. I've tried several times while in my home and even though I give my street adress it plots me at the next door neighbor on the map I would think its crutial that this service should know exactly where I am!!. Hope this can be fixed?

Hi. I installed this app. It is really great effort from saps. Response time is less then 10 seconds. Follow the app and save people lives and make country clean from crime. Big Thanks again to SAPS.

No hoax, I received a call in less than 20 seconds after requesting assistance. Operator was calm and that can really help in a stressful environment.

Struggled a bit with the installation, but app works like a charm. Accidentally pressed the "request assistance" button, and received a call within a minute

The app drains battery and my tap phone is no longer working.

Nice idea just a pity TMPD will be directed to an incorrect address, as usual just not good enough

Response time was very impressive, I just tested the service within seconds of logging a call received a call

10 minutes later and still waiting for the verification PIN to arrive. Resend PIN also not responsive

If only I can recognize accurate gps coordinates it works well and great app

I think this app is going to go viral soon, this is exactly what citizens need! The app still has a few bugs, like the fact that once logged in the GPS never turns off, even though you close the app. But the app is easy to use and the TMPD are quick to respond. Well done on this initiative.

Registration was easy. Hope I'll never need to use it but it's a comfort knowing the app is just a touch away. Well done to the Metro Police for implementing smart phone services.

Struggling to register. When the app sends you a pin per sms and you close the app to get the pin, you have to fill everything in again and it still doesnt take the pin. Please help.

App does not want to upload profile pic. Police is known for non-responsiveness. Will this app actually make a difference? We'll see. I hope it does. If I need it one day (hope not), I will re-rate based on experience.

It can be helpfull but what about elandspoort!street names not on gps try Amurlcon street you wont pick it up

Registration was seamless and it seems to work with high precision and efficiency.

Easy to use, effective and great app concept

Insane battery drainage, seems to be keeping the GPS on full time (30% of all app and hardware usage). Sadly uninstalled until this is fixed as a dead phone can't call for help.

Installation is cumbersome and app freezes Samsung S5. Had to unintelligible to recover from poor performance of phone. App needs review am running Android 6.0.1

I will definitely spread the word about it. However since I won't be able to test it, hopefully. I shall notify u of the results later
