Change to app has made experience of booking to and from airport a nightmare and totally unfriendly. Was much better before pls focus on airport customers ease of use

Tooooo expensive

Booked my ride to the airport friday 7/1/2017and when was the time to pick me from home to airport the driver didn't show up no.message I recalled the call center and was surprised that they didn't registered my ride and that they can't help me ...got disappointed will not use london cap again

Paying a taxi IN ADVANCE!!! I'm not used to it. If free over phone, why it is not through the app?! Besides there is a typo in "Payment and Security" page, 5th bullet (90 hrs) LOL :)

They have a bad services also the value of rental not deserve the money.

Over 45 minutes of hitting redial and this company hasn't bothered to answer the phone. Not worth bothering with the app, they're completely unconcerned with customers needs.

Respect but expensive

To all of you who have heard of London cab they are utterly horrible they used to be good but everything changes nowadays They charge too much and if you're literally late 1 minute after the 10 minutes you get for free they charge 30 L.E extra I would recommend trying Uber or Careem as they are much cheaper and more reliable . 95% of my friends have stopped using London cab because they simply don't care about customers all they want is "money"

انا عملت order امبارح و جاتلي رساله تأكيد و اول ما وصلت المطار . اتصلت بيهم قالولي انهم مش بيروحوا عين شمس .. بجد شركة زي الزفت .. وحتي محدش اعتذر من امبارح

الابليكيشن ملخبج و استحالة تسترد منه كلمة المرور ....و بتضطر تحجز بالتليفون ....لكن الاسعار ارتفعت فى خلال تلاثة اشهر بصورة كبيرة مثلا مشوار كان سعره بتاكسى لندن 50 ج بعد تلات شهور فقط اصبح سعره 135 ج و اخر كان سعره 70 اصبح 185 ج و سعر الانتظار الربع ساعة ارتفع من 30 ج الى 50 ج . لكن الخدمة ممتازة
