Word Crank offers 3, 4, 5 - letter levels each with its own unique music and background. Play at 3 different difficulty levels from 'Basic' to 'Bananas'! Improve your vocabulary and spelling skills in a fun way.
There is also a Free-for-all Mode that allows you to make either 3, 4, or 5-letter words on each level.
Contains a home screen widget that displays Dictionary.com's Word of the Day.
HOW TO PLAY:
The object of the game is to find as many words as possible before the falling bricks reach the top of the screen. When you find a word simply tap your finger over each lettered brick one-by-one to spell it out.
For example, if you want to spell the word CAT, as the lettered bricks are falling from the top of the screen or even once they have landed, tap on the lettered brick 'C', then 'A' and finally 'T' to spell the word 'CAT' and the bricks will all explode. It's that easy!
Get more points by making words that contain 'Special' bricks and watch the bricks explode all over your screen!

Ok game but need total concentration as you have to make words before the boxes get to the top. 3 letters ok but 4 takes some skill. You tend to see words but can't do them cos they're not the right letterage. Not good if you want a lazy game to play while you're watching tele but good skills game

I downloaded this game one day while I was waiting on my appt. My five year granddaughter was becoming restless with the waiting. She enjoyed the game alot. We passed the remaining time so quickly it surprised me. Both of us had fun. Thanks for putting out a cross-country generational game. They are not easy to find or boring for the older kids & adults. 5 stars from us.

The only thing I don't like is having to start again at the beginning. I got to five letter words I should have restarted those words instead you go back to the three letter words.

I love this game. If you want to get better at doing 5 letters, there is that option. I love the sound effects as well as your words are exploding. I wish that during the easy 3 and 4 letter stages that the letters would come down faster. Great game though!
