I couldn't even sign up. It says to choose a location from the hints, which I do, but then it can't find location information. I'm in one of the fastest growing areas in the US - how can it not be found? Yes, I suppose I could contact support, but it's infuriating when you haven't even gotten to experience the app, and you're simply denied access. Not worth my time. Uninstalled.

I tried for over an hour to get this app to work. I could not update any of my account information and it told me there were no sitters in my area though I live in a moderate sized city. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling and the app continued to shut down every time I tried to save my information. The app also told me my phone number was not valid. As a mom looking for a sitter, I do not have time to deal with this at all.
