Sippo - Hydration Made Easy

I paired it. It says connected. I drink out of it. And nothing is registered in the app. ______ In response to the above review Sippo sent a polite note with a video suggesting that the video would help me to get the cup working. It did not, and I followed up with an email to them saying that I started from scratch with a new download and pairing and even put in new batteries. The only difference was that instead of not registering at all, it registered a small percentage of the water that I drank. Tried it multiple times with the same result. I'd drink a full cup and it registered, for example, 2 oz. Their response to my email was many days later sending me the same video again. I think these nice folks are over their head and I'm probably out $49 since my request to return it for a refund was ignored._______ In response to my second post, they continued to try to get it to work, but could not. It simply did not register my drinks consistently. I asked for a refund and was told that the money was used for production and delivery of the product and they had no refund policy.

Worst peice of s#!& ever. Have to take off lid to utilize as cup. Cup does not pair with phone or application. Cost me 80 some odd dollars and completely worthless. Do not waist your money!!!!! If you are going to have to track your water manully get a cheaper sippie cup or water bottle then spend a little extra mony and get yourself a fit bit one stop fitness tracking!!!!!

It's obvious they did not test this with a Nexus 6P. Through the Sippo app, the only message I can get is the sync failed message. What a waist. And don't tell me to watch that worthless video. This is product and application were not tested enough before launch.

It took me a minute to get it working but now it's working great!! It logs all my sips and you can also delete a log if you need too. But you have to follow the directions when setting it up and make sure you caliberate the cup empty so important!! I goofed and didn't follow correctly and couldn't get it working. So hubby helped me and I noticed I didn't follow the directions closely. I have been using it non stop and trying to achieve my goal every day!! I have it paired with the Samsung Galaxy s6 edge!

I got it to work, but realized I have to have the app open for it to register sips. So I can't just drink leisurely. I just grabbed it, had my phone on me, drank some water, opened the app, and it said scanning. Once connected it didn't register the drink I just had. So I have to open the app everytime I drink???

I was able to pair the cup after several tries to my android phone. I then calibrated it and it registered my first two sips, and then nothing else. It seems to connect and disconnect very frequently even though I have kept the app open. So far it is performing very poorly and I am very disappointed. I believe the product could be good. But the app needs some serious work.

I have been unable to pair my Sippo with my Moto X Pure. I have followed the instructions, done the suggestions in troubleshooting and even watched that pointless video. I sent an email to support and never heard back. I'm so incredibly frustrated with the fact that this was not a cheap device. Seeing as how there are plenty of other people having the same issue it would appear they didn't properly test this device.

I can sync my sippo cup to my tablet, but it refuses to sync to my phone. VERY DISAPPOINTING! I love the concept but why won't the app sync to my phone? ????

As others, I cannot get mine to pair with Nexus 6P. Probably the most pure Android possible? They've tried to help me, often with a patronising repetition, yet whatever I try it will not pair. It doesn't pair like normal apps, instead insisting you do it via the app itself. The cup never shows. Very disappointing as it clearly does not work. I've tried everything and even been speaking to Dan the creator, yet not only can I not get it connected, but they will not offer me a replacement which may work. I bought this to review for my website ra.vu, sadly I'm going to have to review as is, an extremely expensive price for a very cheap Chinese cup. Very frustrating, very sad. Hopefully a competitor will nail this. 1 star because communication exists - and that isn't always the case.

How can you ship us the product but the app needing to work it, is barely usable!? It never stays connected and you can not say change the batteries because i changed them twice! Now i can't even really use the device because of this MAJOR fault.

App struggles to sync with bluetooth. The device monitored my first two sips and then quit. Reinstalling the app and trying to resync has had no effect. Device is paired and connected - cup just does not register any data. Extremely disappointed with this purchase.

It's mentioned that the capacity it's 420 ml , but I drink the water and it shows that the consumption just 90 ml ,and one more thing I put the weigh but I couldn't change it manually. .thanks

Been struggling with getting the Bluetooth set up. It beeps, but then never registers. VERY DISAPPOINTED for the price paid and not syncing. At this time, I would NOT recommend this purchase. There is also no way to 'contact us' for assistance. The book that came with the cup does not provide any trouble shooting reference. I also have an IPhone, so hoping that Apple app actually works. If not, then I am not a supporter of this product. Also, not sure why the product came out before the apps were ready and functioning ... Umm .. Did the developer get the cart before the horse? Reason for this purchase was the 'smart' function - not the cup to drink from.

If it was possible i would rate it 0. I can't pair the cup with my nexus 5. Did you guys test it before release ? Very disappointed. I will change review when it's fix.

Frustration - My Sippo arrived yesterday. I followed the instructions and it paired on the first try. Now it won't pair again. I have entered data into the app manually and it provides reports and reminders as represented. However I am unable to use or take advantage of any Bluetooth integration features. Without Bluetooth features you don't need the cannister or base to use the app manually. Could have saved the investment and waited for the free app. What gives?

Horrible, I've tried everything to get it paired and for the price paid it doesn't even work! Uninstalled reinstalled watched the video and still nothing.

Have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling. If its not connecting had to do this multiple times. Now the time is way off. I know what much. But even after pairing the device the time on the app is off. Like at 10 am it thinks it's 4 am

All technology aside, a really nice drink bottle that feels nice to hold and has a great lip... The app works well too. Water never tasted better :)

A not-so 'smart cup '. It's just a cup. Pairing is a massive headache that doesn't work. Too bad as I was excited for this one.

The package I received was open. Does not syc with my Android phone. Did not come with any documentation. Terrible product.

Sippo rocks. Installed easily on my Samsung after a bit of playing around. Now I know how much I drink.

Is their a special pin, standard ones did not complete
