About Talking Clock
This is a voice or ringtone reminder, notify at hourly or every 10,15,20,30 minutes.
Reminder can have start and end time, or be activated only when the phone connected to specific WiFi network. Voice sentence and ringtone can be customized.
Support TTS engines such as Google TTS, Ivona, Svox, etc.
Voice languages include English (American and British), German, Italian, French, Dutch, Portuguese, Indian, Thai, Russian, Chinese(Mandarin, Cantonese), Japanese, Korean, Polish, Turkish. Depends on specific engine.
Known issue:
Voice reminder may have a delay occasionally, when the phone is in deep sleep (power saving) state. Latency will not occur if you disable the voice and just use a ringtone.

It's a good application for its accuracy and simplicity but does not work properly in Samsung Galaxy A8 (android 5.1.1). It fails to maintain the time gap between consecutive announcements. Please do update.

This is sort of a native app. It has a manual set up and so you will need to figure it out for it to work. It works great on Samsung Galaxy G7 but setting it up is a hassle indeed but at least it announces on time compared to others in the store. I gave this app a rave review but it was taken down and so after a thorough review of it I had to downgrade it from 5 to 3 stars.
