Can monitor the account usage properly. However, you have advertised that customers can chat with you anytime for assistance. Oh yes, we can message you but your chat representatives are not checking and only replied after 24hrs. So please take a look on this and make some necessary actions. Thanks!

its not accurate at all! It says that i have only used 2.9GB of my 3GB data but when the bill came it says i have used 3.03GB of data! And now i have to pay extra $10 for that bit of data? This app is bullshit.

Latest update version 4.6 crashed interface for Mobile tab. Current usage of services (sms, call) cannot be seen except for data usage. Phone number no longer tagged to email/OnePass.

the 4.6 version really sucks big time.. does not reflect air time and sms usage... upon opening the app, it bring me straight to the Bill page. does not show all accounts under my name.
