This app claims to work without a dataplan but NOPE, you can't access the credit card screen without data. Also, it keeps logging me out. It's such a shame that the Optus app I use in Australia is so much more functional even though Singtel is the bloody parent company of Optus.

The fact that I have to enter my number and wait for the otp every single time is plain dumb. I get that you need that for security on payment, but why not just secure the payment part instead? Why make it hard to check balance and data remaining?

I was surprised at the many complaining of data usage. My knowledge on such apps are data is required for tracking purposes. When we top up, data should not be used. My only complaint is there are no widgets. Please setup widget for ease of usage.

thats the pop up balloon that appears so frequently . also THERE IS NO "singtel surprise" , "view my surprise" , at the "...more" option ; there will be 3 more "promotion" options . and all 3 are unaccessible .

Im using prepaid and it can check my balance accurately. But sometimes it wrote wrongly. Please recover this. But i'm just saying that it happens sometimes.

The worst apps! Always required login and it's very poor UX bad html5 coding.

I find it quite troublesome to have to keep logging in every single time I want to use this app

Do not know why. Starting 15 July 2017, app cannot work. Tunnel connection failed. Going to trash it.

I can't even add on as I want to top up value whenever I want at oversea number... last time able to use n now can't.

Mediocre, can't access it without data. Each time I change tab I have to re-enter OTP.

The app can't seem to link to the browser everytime I attempt to pay using credit card or by e-nets. Please fix it!

Logging in each use of the app is sooo inconvenient. Terrible!
