Can't even login... Wasted 15mins for this... I'm done... So done with this app

It's crazy that there is no cancel function at the login screen. Also no option to go back. I've to uninstall and reinstall.

Just a consolidation of web pages from different sources. Don't even feel a single bit like using mobile app.

Jurong east polyclinic and Ng Teng Fong hospital wasnt in the app and i just uninstalled it

It works but with a terrible user interface and horribly optimized app. I can play the latest games on my phone smoother than to look at or to make an appointment on this garbage app. Its more or less just a web wrapper too which begets the question: What's the point of this app?

Previously i was able to view or change my appointment. Now whenever i want to log in via singpass it says server error! I thought app is not updated so i update the app but the same error occurred! Not to say view my appointment i cant even log in! Please fix your bug.

Stupid app cannot even do mobile registration at all.

Called up the number given to change appoinment, was told that health buddy can do it. I am able to fownload the apps and log in but was told to call to change appoinment! Seriously if there is a negative review I would have done it! What is the purpose of logging in???????? One of the most useless apps I have ever have the mis fortune to unload! Definitely un install it!

Previously I can re-schedule my appt easily but now I can't do it at aĺl. I was told I haven't complete 2 FA Set-up but there are no instructions for me to follow to do the 2FA Setup...... why?

It's useful and easy to manage my appointments. What's bad is it is too lag!!!! Everything runs in slow motion and quite frequently not able to retrieve my appointment dates.

I seldom give GPlay ratings, but I think this deserves a high mark for relative ease of use and synchronizing of telephone appts with the app. A lot of system integration work must have been involved behind the scene. Keep it going and continue improving the user friendliness!!

What's the use of a 2 pass verification when the apps is installed on the phone that receives the verification code?

Unable to make new appointment online. Still required to walk-in although it is a follow-up appointment required by the doctor. Lots of time wasted wating.

Having problems with SingPass log in... could not use at all

Weird that toa payoh polyclinic is left out.

Can't log in anymore using singpass after the update. Please fix this soon. Thanks.

Could have print function added especially for the appointment. Or the appointment can be added to the calendar as an event directly from the app.

Very convenient apps

This app helps me to see my loved ones' appointments at a glance! I just wonder why some people gave negative reviews about it. Are they a bunch of cave people who are inept in using technologies? Sad

Though it gives the option to reschedule there are no available dates...i even checked next year's schedule but it still says "no appointment slot". Pretty sure its a bug.

I downloaded this app in hopes of rescheduling my appt at kkh but the system only allows me to view my appt but I have to call to reschedule? Kind of defeat the purpose right?

Impossible to reschedule appointments. Make it so we can view ALL AVAILABLE TIME SLOTS IN A calendar format and we can simply CLICK on the time/date we want. SIMPLE. EASY. This is a nightmare to use - it's supposed to make it simpler not more complex and time-consuming! I'd rather call in to reschedule (that is, IF someone actually takes the call and customer service was prompt about getting back to me after leaving a message!)

Something is wrong with this. I used to book online but can no longer do so. Thinking the app might work but no only allow u to submit request for appointments. Can't choose timing at all. Something is wrong with the website I guess

I agree it allow us to view our appointment but it cannot allow us to change our appointment. At the end still have to call the stupid hotline which no one pick up at all (at least a good 45 mins). Call a few times then someone pick up n still have to wait 5 working days then will know when is the next appointment. If cannot change appointment here then why have the options?

New update fixed issue. Unable to launch, keep popping up 'license violation detected'. It has been working well but not now.

Used to work great. But sadly cant seem to load since the latest update. Keep showing connection time out. My internet works fine.

Only able to view part of the screen. Dialogues are cut off. Cannot do anything.

I can't do anything except view my appoinments. Then why say that I am able to change and cancel my appoinments and all?

Especially for appointments. Isn't there anyway to delete the old missed appointments. Just state the recently missed appointment only.
