Sent a package in june and used this app to track my package. Even till this day, Jan 4th, my package is still stated as despatched to overseas. Sent an enquiry using the link provided. No response. Went to singpost to enquire. They say can't do anything cause i reported too late. Thats for trusting this app too much.

Third world countries would have better postal service than Singpost. Failed delivery when someone is at home with the door opened! Article tracking only available after failed delivery happened. Garbage service, absolutely rubbish!

AM mail price quoted on app is different at $2.60 from actual price of $2.90 at Singpost! & estimated delivery is also quoted shorter at 1-2days for non standard large mails. Gave wrong expectations to my buyers!

The postage calculator now actually WORKS! I'm glad the glitch was fixed. Very pleasantly surprised that improvements were made recently. I had almost given up hope on the previously lousy app. Good job!

Misleading information. Wasted 1 hour of my life. Received a delivery note at my door. Checked on the app and it says "Ready for Collection" at my nearby post office. When I reached, was then told by the CSO to return the next day. Reason being that the parcel is in the post office, but not available for collection. How is this expected from a 1st class award-winning logistics company? Aren't such apps supposed to improve customer experience? Ridiculous

You'd think an App like a Singapore Post would think customer first for the 21st century connected consumer. No way to submit issues with their service, no way to contact relevant authority or customer service agent and the best feature is tracking and only if u sign in to crappy FB can you login. Sheesh. I'd thought Singapore UX people would have more sense. Guess not.

After scrapping this app because it was useless, I have ended up reinstalling it because the Singapore Post 'old website' and new 'forever in beta' sites are both down and have been all day. I really didn't expect it to work, but surprise surprise it did! (Please don't break it again!)

UPDATE 26 SEP 2016: App STILL cannot connect to the server. End up using the web to check status of parcels incoming and outgoing. I suggest you scrap the app if nothing is being done to rectify the problem. For now it's about as useful as a toothpick for an old man with no teeth!! App can't connect to server for some reason. Force closing and restarting doesn't either. Happened after turning on notification. Not sure if it has anything to do with that but worth a look to rectify the problem.

Information always not updated. Unable to found the parcel detail. Still need to call in to 1605 to get the most updated information. Not syncing between their system against mobile app/ website tracking.

SHITTEST SERVICE EVER. PAID FOR REGISTERED MAILING YET POST MAN NEVER KNOCK OR RING DOOR BELL YESTERDAY. It is a good apps but it has never work on my Samsung S7 edge before. Recently I upgraded my android OS on my note 4 to 6.0.1 mashmellow the apps stop function. Error message connection to server fail

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S4 and I tried the scan tracking bar code. A green patch covered up a big part of the screen so that I can't align the line with the bar code at all. Please fix this. I have hopes that the push message for tracked location update will work.

Kind of pointless to download an app that lets you track parcels that they deliver whenever they want, on a Sunday, without calling, and in return, puts a delivery attempted/ failed as the latest update. Hmmm. How about using it for paying your bills? Nah. I have AXS app for that. How about using it to see where's the nearest post office you can go, to collect that *failed attempt* parcel which they tried to deliver on a Sunday without calling? Nah. I have SG Maps app for that. So really. Kinda pointless.

After the last update, notifications for postal tracking stop coming in from arrival all the way to delivered. Using Note 3. The app navigation is nice but the service that it's suppose to be binding it to is pathetic lol

Poor poor app. Connection issues galore. Clunky and slow, defeats the whole purpose of tracking convenience. Singpost if you're reading this, do your company a favour and remove it, since it doesn't look like the issues will be fixed soon. It's only damaging your brand equity.
