Sindilojas Porto Alegre

O Sindicato dos Lojistas do Comércio de Porto Alegre é o representante legal do comércio varejista da Capital e de Alvorada. Atualmente, o Sindilojas Porto Alegre defende os interesses de aproximadamente 18 mil empresas dos seguintes segmentos:
Calçados;
Flores e plantas;
Livros;
Maquinismo, ferragens e tintas (utensílios e ferramentas);
Material de escritório e papelaria;
Material elétrico e aparelhos eletrodomésticos;
Material médico, hospitalar e científico;
Pet shop;
Vestuário.

É responsabilidade do Sindicato atuar no fortalecimento da categoria e na defesa dos comerciantes junto aos poderes Executivo, Legislativo e Judiciário, em nível institucional, jurídico e econômico. Também cabe à Entidade a negociação das convenções coletivas com o Sindicato dos Empregados no Comércio de Porto Alegre – SINDEC.

Além de atuar na representação dos interesses dos lojistas, desenvolve diversas ações que promovem o desenvolvimento e qualificação do setor varejista, tais como cursos, missões empresariais, palestras e eventos gratuitos e a Febravar – Feira Brasileira do Varejo, realizada desde 2013 em Porto Alegre. O Sindilojas Porto Alegre oferece ainda benefícios exclusivos para as empresas que aderem ao seu quadro associativo, sendo ele composto pelas seguintes modalidades:
Efetivos: Todos os lojistas contribuintes da base de representação do Sindilojas Porto Alegre que pagam, além das contribuições, a mensalidade associativa ao Sindicato. Os empresários podem utilizar produtos e serviços exclusivos intermediados pela Entidade e têm o direito de votar nas assembleias e de participar do processo eleitoral.

Colaboradores: Empresas de outras categorias, não contribuintes, que pagam a mensalidade ao Sindilojas Porto Alegre a fim de utilizar seus serviços e estrutura. Não têm representatividade e, por consequência, não possuem direito a voto. The Union of Shopkeepers of Porto Alegre Trade is the legal representative of the retail trade of Capital and Alvorada. Currently, Sindilojas Porto Alegre represents the interests of approximately 18,000 companies in the following segments:

Machinery, hardware and paint (utensils and tools);
office supplies and stationery;
electrical equipment and appliances;
medical, hospital and scientific equipment;
Pet Shop;
Clothing.

It is the responsibility of the Union to act to strengthen the category and the defense of the traders before the Executive, Legislative and Judiciary, at the institutional, legal and economic. Also it is the entity the negotiation of collective agreements with the Union of Employees in Trade Porto Alegre - SINDEC.

Besides acting in representation of the interests of tenants, number of activities that promote the development and qualification of the retail sector, such as courses, business missions, lectures and free events and Febravar - Brazilian Fair Retail, held since 2013 in Porto Alegre. The Sindilojas Porto Alegre also offers unique benefits for companies that adhere to their membership, it is composed of the following ways:
Effective: All taxpayers tenants representation base of Sindilojas Porto Alegre to pay, in addition to contributions, the association monthly fee to the union. Entrepreneurs can use exclusive products and services intermediated by the body and have the right to vote at shareholder meetings and participate in the electoral process.

Employees: Companies other categories, not taxpayers, who pay a monthly fee to Sindilojas Porto Alegre in order to use its services and structure. They have no representation and therefore not entitled to vote.
