Ink Cards

We snap photos all day everyday, now we take an extra 5 minutes to send them and some words to folks we miss. It's great!

Birthday reminders do not work. Which is disappointing, because that's the main thing that I want to use this app for. I set up all my contacts with their birthdays and the app says it will remind me in seven days of all their birthdays and it doesn't. Contacted customer service and they said this actually isn't a function that works.

So far this app has worked flawlessly. The service has been prompt, affordable, and a delight to use.

The app works reasonably well. The quality of the cards is great, Sometimes the service is slow. Sometimes about the time I expect it to have been delivered I get an email saying it was just mailed.

Crashes a lot and takes over 2 weeks to deliver a card????

I really wanted to love this app. First couple cards were fine, I even bought credits. Then it started glitching...sometimes taking 7 or 8 tries to make a card. Not exactly a time saver. Doubt I will continue the service once I use the credits.

The app doesn't work well with Google photos. I have a ton of Android devices with synced photos. This app is unable to load anything that wasn't taken on the device. Also tried downloading photos explicitly from Google photos and the app can't find them. Pretty poor experience on Google's own flagship phone, the Pixel XL. The app is worthless if I can't import the photos I want to send. Spend the time to make integration with Android better, and avoid letting Android become an afterthought, iOS is obviously the focal point for ink.

It worked fine, until recently. Now I can't get it to do a blessed thing, except tell me it's stop responding, or there's a connection error. Nothing has changed on my end.

Ordered some invites​ for my sister's bridal shower. Thankfully all the cards arrived within a week. But the text on one side was completely cut off. Looks like the text on the back wasn't centered, so not too happy with the results. Wouldn't recommend.

I think this is a great app to use to show somone that you are just thinking about them and wanted to get them something small. I wish they shipped a little quicker but it didn't take too long at all. About 10 days from order date to delivery date. There are so many card options and I live the layouts. Easy to use. Will continue use.

I need to change some addresses. Every change I submit says invalid address. No....the address changes are valid and the old ones are not! Can't even re-enter as new people!

It's so nice to be able to send cards without worrying about buying stamps! I've purchased close to 100 cards with no problems. Awesome app, lots of fun designs to choose from. Highly recommend!

I think it a wonderful thing

No autocorrect nor autocapitalization using the Android keyboard when typing a message. But both work for address portion.

Card sent and 11 days later it still did not arrive to the person I sent it too

I like this app I sent a card out to someone at least once or twice a month and they arrive on time I would recommend this to anyone

I like carded for iphone - i get to save to the camera roll and purchase more background if i choose. All you developers trying to make money by printing them for us sucks. I want to print it myself. Red Stamp lets me do it guess i can deal with that one for now. I hate apps - every money hungry nut comes out of the woodwork.

They really ought to be able to mail these quicker. Also, when my aunt was sick, I mailed her a card everyday, but Ink waits to send them so she would get none, then 5 cards all in one day.

I found this app in July and loved using it. As I have gone back to use it a few times now, it asks for my email and password, which I don't recall setting up the first time.... the 'forgot?' Button does not work thus, I can't proceed to send a note cards from this app.

I have spent hundreds of dollars on this app over the years and I have enjoyed it's ease of use and it's quality. But this year, for some reason, the app wouldn't let me finalize the text. It forced me to enter it a few times until I realized it just wasn't going to work. I have a time crunch and I didn't have the luxury of dicking around with their customer service. Also, I discovered I can no longer access/edit my years of accumulated addresses from my desktop from Sincerely.com.

Great products and awesome customer service.

I LOVE sending personalized cards from the app. I sent over 60 cards and never had an issue, they are always beautiful and just as I designed them.

I have been using this app for years and loved it. More recently though it is rather glitches.. I get my card to look like I want, then in the preview at the end, my image is always moved or warped... it takes hours to fiddle with one card.. or more often it is just not accepting the edits. Total bummer..

The description is off, I thought that it would be made out like a regular birthday card(folded) but it was not glossy like they put on. The card was dull and the picture looked faded... Y'all suck foreal. Don't quit your day job.. seriously.

At first it worked perfectly and I was extremely happy with my photos. Now I go to order something and I get all the way to "complete order" and the whole thing stops working. Fix the bugs please because I'd love for this app to work!

Used to work good. Now not letting me add or send to a new contact. Unfortunately, the bugs keep it from being practical.

This app is very user friendly. Just be sure to start early for special occasion cards. Thought I would be on time, card will be a week late.

Flawed, meh, scrap and redesign

Awesome concept very good idea. While on vacation or traveling I just take pictures and send postcards to all my love ones easy. Also reminds me of upcoming birthdays with my groups and I send them birthday cards out also. Thanks for creating a great product.

I don't have to run to a Barnes & Noble to pick out a card anymore. Now I just create one out of my pictures and ink cards.

The app is horrible. I used to love this app but now I just have all these problems from it. I go to save my card and it kicks me outta the app. No longer able to make a card. Please fix.

Extremely disappointed. Used to love this app, now it crashes or refuses to upload a photograph. Ugh. I loved this app too before these changes. Please fix.

I never seem to get reminders for birthdays. But it is fun to send a fun picture as a card every once and a while. But I wish they would fix the reminders.

So buggy, really frustrating. Used to work great, but lost all my contact info and won't let me save new contacts. Can't click back without losing your message. Basically have to do everything about 10 time over and then you're lucky if you're actually able to send a card out. The cards are nice if you get that far.

Such a great app and easy to use. I am horrible at getting cards in the mail, and this makes it easy. I would love to be able to chose landscape or portrait for each design though and not be limited by the orientation of my photo.
