I ordered a box of Strawberry's for my wife as a mothers day surprise. I received an email this morning stating it was loaded on a truck at 5:30am so naturally I anticipated an early delivery....not so. The strawberry's were delivered 12 hours later and had spoiled. The ice pack was completely melted and it wasn't even cold at all. I called customer service and got someone that barely spoke English. The rep offered a refund or a "free of charge" replacement. I opted for the refund. Never again!!

They were so small. I hope they taste good, you guys should really focus on the size and taste of the strawberries. Presentation is so important people like to open a box to see big juicy Berries not little ones that looked that they shouldn't have been picked yet...
