Great app. Works everytime

App crashed 10 times in one week. This app really needs fixing. I truly haven't got the time to wait for the app to work, because i have work to do. Previous review below: I found a workaround for the issue: if i send one file at the time from the gallery, "check internet or server address issue" doesnt come up anymore. Changed from 1 star to 3 star. Still not so simpro.

This app is almost completely useless... Its so clunky the way just to navigate through job cards on the calandar.. A high school student cluld do a better app than this!

So many redundant drop downs to navigate, developers make the app more cumbersome and less efficient to use with every update. Drop downs and menus may look great but I use this for work and efficiency is most important to me

Need to use app for job. Both this app and the Laser pro version are equally useless. App crashes, freezes and needs to be reinstalled regularly. I lose data regularly. You treat your customers like beta testers with every update. Shameful

Good concept, poor execution. Crashes almost everytime. Method of accessing jobs is unintuitive. To top it all off, it currently won't sync so is unusable.

was good untill it just stopped working, could not sync to start with then completly crashed couple of days later, running android 7 and latest version of simpro any help would be great it would be helpfull if this would work..

Keeps crashing on my note 8 while on mobile data! Only works with WiFi. Making life really hard!!!

Doesn't perform mobile operations consistently enough.

Use it every day for work for the past year and a half. The first 8 months or so it worked great then came the update. The camera started being a pain but another update sorted that. Since then I've had it no progress from the 'uploading files' screen. Had to delete and reinstall. Today I was in an area with poor reception, finished my day and tried to upload my work and I get the 'uploading files' again. Uninstalled it and reinstalled and now the sign in page is saying it doesn't recognise the user name and or password. Sort it out please

Ive had sync problems even since the boss upgraded to enterprise. Connect would spit me out to the run sheet every time without syncing. I have found a work around and is now syncing on both my s7 edge and my nexus 7. I have to turn my wifi connection off. If you leave the wifi enabled it wont sync. Please look into this simpro

1 Star- DO NOT use this program, if you want to repeat all data input because it deletes it when sync fails, go ahead... hour wasted. Most useless app on my phone and I'm forces to use it. Makes me want to quit my job. Used the program for a year now. Just works so intermittently it's not worth it, get something better. Continuously freezes while uploading, implication being I have to delete and reinstall the app. Sync errors, deletes data at will. Camera function barely utilises the fantastic camera on my phone, touch-focus would be great.

This app is extremely poor and buggy it is hard to believe you got any 5 star ratings at all. Considering that you need to constantly uninstall an reinstall the app to sync is pathetic this is happening 2 - 3 times per day and at work it is not just me. We have no choice but to use your app on our tablets. The delay between different screens in your app is immense almost enough time for me to catch cancer. Don't even get me started on how bad your eforms app is. If this is going to be the app moving forward into the future maybe you should invest some serious money into app development and not get some 12 year old child program it.

Terrible App. i waste about an hour a day trying to use it. Seriously started off great then all the updates came and it now makes my samsung run as fast as a commodore 64

Serious bug issues. Major one is when submitting jobs, randomly all notes and attachments dissapear. Also if old data isn't synched the app freezes.

Cant even log in saying I have no internet when I do. Random problems when ever updates are done.

Issues with syncing now. App wilp not sync with the server. Have to uninstall app and reinstall from scratch to continue with work....!!!

This app only good for Purchase orders it missing to many features like you travel to job but not back If you use start job button and have to go to another job and don't use hold on break option it screws the whole thing up and reset dBase and re enter data after 2 1/2 years of being forced to use this I would thought these would have resolved Worst app on my cell

Do not use Simpro. Honestly the worst app in existence. Almost never works. Absolutely hopeless!!

The app freezes on a regular basis when trying to sync. Every coupld of weeks it seems like i have to uninstall the app and reinstall it.

It keeps telling me that I don't have an Internet connection, when I am connected to the Internet.

Just downloaded it for work and its a complete failure off the bat. First opening and it shows an error message it wont open or work. Multiple force closes and it still fails. Why force close? Because despite itndaying press back this feature doesnt work. I also use the pc version of this software that works well most of the time and flies like the hindenburg the rest

Android app constantly won't upload data or load up new jobs. Completely useless Worst app for work I've ever used

I have two jobs I'm attempting to sync, one being a job lasting over two weeks so there is a large amount of data that could be lost, the app is showing 'uploading file data' but will not complete, nothing I do will get the jobs to sync, any ideas??????

GARBAGE, there are so many better apps.

App has worked perfectly until recently . . When writing the job notes it freezes and locks up. And restart the app and all the notes are gone. Happens randomally on any given day and even sometimes I give up as crashs 3 times in a row, wasting my time which is frustrating. Prior to this very happy with the app.

Won't load runsheet, eats my times, eats my work notes. This app is a nightmare, would prefer using pen and paper and faxing my times. What a joke.
