Now with 10 bands! (Mary vary on some devices)

10 Presets (Normal, Classical, Dance, Flat, Folk, Heavy Metal, Hip Hop, Jazz, Pop, Rock) (May vary on some devices)
The ability to have choice of either a floating button which will appear over your phones screen at all time (Unless stopped manually)
Another cleaner option, which allows you to run a notification in the foreground which also acts as a shortcut back to the equalizer.
Even if you are running a music app that does not have an equalizer, Floating Equalizer can bail you out. This free app is a universal equalizer to adjust sound settings anywhere on Android - lifeHacker.
Oh and guess what! And it even works on YouTube!
Downloaded the app and was pretty optimistic, set it as my active eq and come to find out it doesn't work, adjusting the sliders had no change on the music whatsoever, I am completely perplexed how an eq app could not equalize the music.
I have Samsung Galaxy mega running 4.4.2 and it force closes upon trying to open the app. I've heard many good things about this eq and until this problem is fixed I won't be able to experience it for myself and have to stick with this crappy eq I have. Looking forward to a fix I really wish to give this app a try.
Never opens just crash. Piece of ......
I have used equalizer ultra a ten band eq before this one but that one is a bit complicated and would often leave me shocked when it would crash and revert back to the original sound of the device and as for floating eq it's not yet crashed however I did have some trouble enabling the eq before it worked but as long as it does i'm happy it's a bit shy you need to fiddle with the green button which turns the eq on and off in order for it to become operational. Using Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini
Wow. Much crash. Such waste
foo

Doesn't work
I was so excited to find this app as I wanted to use it to enhance my youtube experience on my g pad 8.3 All I got was a crash every time. Fudge.
I major in audio engineering, so I wanted a way to adjust some frequencies. Ever app I came across was first a music player with an EQ. That can't EQ Pandora, YouTube, Movies basically anything but music files. I assumed the best I would get for free was 7 if I was lucky. After looking at all the gimmicky EQ's that at best had 5. I can careless, about colors, one touch presets. I know what I'm doing with an EQ that's all I wanted. This delivered In a big way 11 of them, for free. I just got it but I'm happy.
Keeps on glitching out on me. If the developer works out all the kinks then I would've gave it a much better score.

Same problems with launch would rate higher but cant even load the eq
App works great on my phone but I have an android headunit in my car that is permanently in horizontal mode and this app doesn't work in that mode. Will add more stars when this simple issue is fixed. What a shame.
"Unfortunately floating equalizer has stopped"-useless app though it is Android 4.4.4
Crashes a lot, even when set to run in background. Also, sliders still reset. Works great when it works though
Doesn't open keeps crashing
But main gui crashes sometimes and only advanced function works.
Keeps crashing on my OnePlus One
Don't work
The pics on the app page are pretty, unfortunately it doesn't work on my tablet, any suggestions to fix it?
Running KitKat on a 2013 Nexus 7. Version 2.9 crashes as soon as I launch it. Previous version worked fine.
Awesome. Hasn't been crashing since update. Installed Pro vrsn, but crashing. Landscape would be a plus too
Doesnt do anything, tested max volume, but the sound didnt change or go up.
Crashy crashy crash. Can't get through the first options. Nothing else I can say, really. - - EDIT: Updated so advanced mode works. Basic still doesnt. Finally found out that it doesn't have reverb adjust, which is what I was looking for
Doesn't do what it says. Very intrusive ads.
Elegent and does the job.

It is a great looking eq, and when it works it is great. But that isn't a common occurrence. I'll definitely give it more stars if performance issues are fixed. It can easily become my favorite eq, especially because of the 11 bands support.
