Doesn't work and when you call customer service they they hang up the phone and don't answer. Fraud!!!!!

Wish I would have read the reviews prior to purchase...had problems with setup, tried to call and was treated to lovely Paul McCartney music but no one ever answered...and it hung up on me. Bought from zulily so I can't return...lesson learned

Doesn't work! Plugged it into my phone to move pictures and it's not recognized in the app and doesn't do anything when connected. Plug in was very difficult to plug into usb and doesn't seem to fit as it doesn't plug in all the way. Wish I would've seen reviews prior to purchase.

Bought this product to move pics off phone. It won't work, followed instructions. ...wasted my money and time.

I can't imagine it's working. Blue light is pretty but for pic and docs ect not working. Have I bought an "empty watch"? Not happy. Wish now I got the SC Card instead.

Huge waste of time and money! Bought this hoping to save my pics off of my galaxy s6 (no external SD card/port of course). Spent an hour waiting for it to save my pics, kept crashing, and when the program said it was done saving, it ended up not saving anything at all. Better off just transferring everything with a USB cable attached to a laptop to save on a hard drive.

Bought it to back up photos on S7... Easy to use. Didn't need my kids to explain how it Works!! "Old Ppl" Friendly!! Love it!!!

I used to love this.but I am trying to backup now and it won't let me..I am not doing anything different.,.

Purchased this product and everytime I try to connect it to my phone it says that it unfortunately stopped working. Also, when I go into the app without the device plugged in it does not give me an option to back up photos, which was the only reason I purchased it. Will be returning!

Was great when I did it the first time... But trying to back up photos and other apps doesn't not let me... Not happy..

Wasted my money. Want download. I keep getting an error message like everybody else.

Bought, had to delete other apps just to download and it won't work. Don't waste your money or time.

Had to remove most of the apps on my phone just to install this app. Requires far too much storage. I bought this so I could get some space on my phone only to find out i needed even more space to install it. Used several work-arounds--hope it's worth it!

Junk app.sure it transfered all my pictures, then it won't let me retrieved them. Just keeps saying no something went wrong. I tried to download app on my tablet to maybe retreove pictures, but it won't even acknowledge the device. Not happy and I want my pictures back!!!

I love my Picture Keeper I have downloaded all my pictures from my phone to my desk top and also printed them to give them out as gifts.

After initially having problems with the app crashing, the support team at picturekeeper worked to fix the bug and sent me the updated app. Great product and app.

Bought picture keeper connect..installed this apps. ..tried it didn't work,it says unfortunately picture keeper connect has stopped working.
