Ideal World

This app does nothing but show you a photo of something tacky they are trying to flog before freezing resulting in my smart phone crashing. Worse than the TV channel and that's saying something. Use QVC instead as it's miles better.

Thumbs down. Need to improve app, big style. 20/8/16 still no search ability.

Disappointed in this app. You can't look for products you want to buy as no search facility. App does crash quite a lot. Only good if you want to buy something that was on screen that day. At least that's how I've found it.

Why has this app been approved? There's no sign in button, no search option from the home screen. It's terrible.

very slow app, no ease of use it needs updating. Please make improve your app its very basic compared to QVC!!

To be honest this app is pretty useless unless you want to buy something that's on air at the time. There's no search facility only an option to watch the current live broadcast so you're better off deleting this crap and pinning the main website to your start screen. The app is an embarrassment to Ideal World but obviously they never read these reviews or they would do something about it .. IDEAL WORLD THIS APP IS A DISGRACE TO YOUR CREDIBILITY JUST LIKE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICES. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT OR LOSE EVEN MORE CUSTOMERS.

You cannot search for product by name or item!!!?? What good is this???! is this indicative of the Company? I hope not. It's embarrassing for them to be associated with this.....

It really is a pile of kak and a complete useless app. No capability to search the massive amounts of what they sell on the main page a in the catalogue of items that are available ? You can only buy what is being sold on the TV that day or at that point in time?

What the hell is this app selected 2 items and only needed 1 and they send 1 thing at a this time where's the rest of ma order ffs can't even track from app what's the point in show us what's on the dam TV get a grip

Keeps crashing, does not compare to the other top shopping channel. Almost impossible to purchase anything using the app, can never get to end of transaction so have to ring customer service , expensive rates

They are a rip off. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM . They don't say that there is an £88.99 membership fee that is taken off the account a month which you paid for the goods . I bought a drill set for what I thought was £45 and turned out to be round about £130 . They should not be allowed to trade

What a great improvement over the previous one it has got many new features so once again I am more than pleased with it thank you ideal World for the improvements I can now use this again on my acer mobile phone that I also bought from Ideal World.

Tried this app because the website crashed when trying to sign-up with them. No facility to sign-up here, or sign-in, or even search for products I was after. They don't seem to want my money, so they won't be getting it!

So time consuming. No search facility... can't sign in so have to put all my details in every time I want to purchase something.... Forget that!!!!

I've just installed this wanting to browse some items and can only get what's on TV at the time. Useless

Well sorry tried downloading 3 times and when i tried to open to use just got a blank screen so useless to me back to internet direct access

Needs more on the app as you can't get on your account through the app unless you look at an item to buy and go to the website which is daft because you might as well gone straight to the website

I agree with the other reviewer its not a patch on qvc app. I've attempted 3 times to buy a product and it doesn't complete the process. Very disappointed.

Very bad app. Would not even open up! 5* to QVC for their app. Now I have to through the performance of uninstalling this waste of time app.

It used to work....now recent shows wont play and most times the app does not open. I use 3 different tablets and phones all on android. No problems on ios!

Not very impressed with this app. Need to keep accessing website through chrome browser.

Shame the picture quality is dogshit compared to the tv. Not benificial for generating sales, nor to the viewers.

Unable to checkout with PayPal. Get it sorted or won't be using again.

Shop doesn't list all items. Would be more useful if one could shop by category.

Shows everything you can see on the telly,only l find this more convenient to use.
