Mit der GetMyInvoices Scanner App können Sie Belege wie Tankquittungen, Restaurantbelege und sonstige Papierrechnungen mit Ihrem Smartphone abfotografieren und an Ihre GetMyInvoices Desktop Installation auf dem PC oder Mac senden.

Ihre Mitarbeiter können von jedem Ort und jederzeit Eingangsrechnungen gesetzeskonform und sicher an Ihren Innendienst oder Ihre Buchhaltung einreichen. Sie können die Belege auch erfassen, wenn Sie mal keine Internetverbindung haben. Die Daten werden dann auf Ihrem Smartphone gespeichert und Sie laden die Belege einfach dann mit einem Klick hoch, wenn Sie wieder online sind.

Das mobile, papierlose Büro mit GetMyInvoices! Wartezeiten auf Flüge, Züge oder Mietwagen kann man so effektiv nutzen. Schnell zwischendurch alle Reisebelege abfotografieren, Rechnungsdaten wie Beträge und Rechnungsnummer erfassen und schon liegen die Informationen als PDFs in Ihrem Büro vor. Von dort aus können Sie dann die Belege ferner automatisiert an Online-Buchhaltungen wie FreshBooks, Billomat, FastBill oder Run my Accounts synchronisieren. Alternativ können Sie die Rechnungen auch an Dropbox oder ein Dokumenten-Management-System wie ownCloud per WebDav oder FTP voll-automatisiert senden lassen.

Your employees can from anywhere and at any time submit invoices lawfully and safely to your office staff or your accounting. You can record the documents, even if you sometimes have no internet connection. The data is then stored on your phone and upload the documents just then with one click high when you are back online.

Quickly between abfotografieren all travel documents, capture billing information as amounts and invoice number and you are the information as a PDF in your office before. From there, you can then take the evidence further automated on-line accounting as FreshBooks, Billomat, FastBill or Run my Accounts to synchronize. Alternatively you can have the invoices to Dropbox or a document management system such as ownCloud send fully-automated via WebDav or FTP.
