Simple Spending Tracker

Love the idea of the app. Simple and to the point, how I like it. I am looking to track my expenses to see where my money goes. Not credit cards or bank accounts, just something simple where I can enter income and other earnings and see at a glance what I should have and where it's going. Only thing is if I can't enter how much I have to begin with how is supposed to tell me how much I should have left??? If this app will do that please tell me how. If it won't someone please recommend one that can!

Day 1-this is working perfectly. It's exactly what I wanted for taking my cash spending and household budget. (And there are no annoying ads! ) BUT. EVERY TIME YOUR PHONE RESETS YOU LOSE ALL YOUR DATA. THERE IS NO CLOUD STORAGE NO MAGICAL BACKUP NOTHING

Perfect! Simple is an understatement. And just like the icon, this app is a little black book of expenses. Random lunch expenses, random book purchase, random charity donation.... it all easily goes in here. I'm using this specifically to keep track of expenses that I make "on the go". I travel once a month so that $4.36 snack I just bought needs to be accounted for. This app allows to me to keep track, and then go back, look at the expenses, and add them to my "proper" budgeting software at a later date.

Rating it low because it has no options to switch between currencies and also doesn't have password protect option

If you plan to keep your record longer than 2 months, this won't work.You will lost all old record like me. The developer did not mention it in the description SO BECAREFUL! !!.I already uninstalled and go for some other better apps.They are a lot of better one.

I wanted an app that I could track and compare my spending habits without all the hassle of inputting excessive amounts of data. It give me the right amount of information so that I can understand my spending habits better instead of letting an app tell me how to understand my spending habits. Basically, I still get to use my brain.

I've spent the last two hours looking at other apps.....then....I FOUND THIS WONDERFUL APP! I down loaded several other apps before trying this one. It is marvelous! It's very well organized, and I love the simplicity! I particularly like the fact that the numbers are highlighed and easy to see. I also appreciate that the month is divided into each week, so you can see at a glance how much you spent for that particular week. The pie and bar charts are very beneficial for those who like color-coded visuals!

Found this extremely simple to use. The others on the market were too colorful with too much sections to input & confusing. This app didn't take me hours to figure out and have been using it for the last 2 years!

But why it records my spending in UK pounds is beyond me as well as useless.

Very nice app just what I needed to keep track of my expenses, though could be nice to add 4 more categories for spending but you can also edit the ones you don't use and just edit your list of expenses ...5 stars.

the page with summary needs a home or main button. when i use the back button on my phone, it takes me back to the entry page, but sometimes i dont want to make another entry!

Simple yet powerful.. Very useful and a conplete package.. However, it wud be nice if u cud select custom timespan range rather than just week.. Or can define start and end of week ourselves.

It a good simple spending app except the text is entirely too small and there is no way to enlarge it. Would give it 5 stars if I could read my categories!

Only thing I'd add is wages in, then you can see how much you have left till a set date shown on the main page or something. If it had this 5*

Nice simple app, but not customisable. I'm in UK but app shows Euros, apparently can't change. Only keeps data for rwo months, I need more.

Like it so far but it needs a bit more. Need to be able to save to file, SD card, and print report. No security, needs a PW badly. And definitely needs more categories. Find myself trying to squish everything down to the few there are. 20 cats instead of 14 would work.

I was using this to track all my expenses for the year and I went to look up important expenses from January and they are not shown. So not even two months worth of info saved!!!!! They should have this listed.....

Excellent except that the text is too small to read. ...and I have a Galaxy S5. Get that idiocy fixed and you have a 5 - star app.

This is simply awesome and easy to use. Does not confuse me lol a possible improvement would be to allow the app to export data! Definetly 5 star for that!! Thanks :)

It's simple and do not want to access all my phone infor great. But it need an option for others, bills and income earned would make it the perfect.

This app is direct to the point. That's it, enter any of your spending, customise your category, and it will show you the running total by week. It's not pretty, not that customizable but you see how much you actually spent.

Fantastic n very simple to use.Also free of cost,but limited categories.If you want add new category than you have to delelete existing category.Second thing only $ currency available,please add more currency

Its great user friendly but i hope it adds a) an option to compare or insert your monthly income so you could track how much how youve spent opposed to income and b) have an option to track your debts and progress of payments done on your way to make yourself debt free. :)

There is no way to export the data to a spreadsheet for exemple. :*-(

wish there is a separate icon for incomes to compare how much i spend and make weekly...Also wish i could see the total number of spending at the bottom of the graph in numbers

I love the simplicity. I want to know where my money goes. This lets me track my spending, not acount balances nor incomes. Exactly what I've been looking for. Plus its small, has no special permission requirements and NO ads. Thats right, ad free and full version, not a trial (As far as I've seen) Thanks for the great app!

I really enjoy using this app because it shows what I spend on a weekly basis. The only thing I wish it would additionaly do is when selecting to view an expens by category and time frame is show in a list by the actual dates and by the actual expense. When you select this in settings to view its only viewable by a chart. I would like to see the details!

Wonderful to find something so simple and perfect for my needs but why can't I download another for my husband it is such a great easy app. I love it should be ten stars

uses very little space. & graphs help. will be good if I can set lines to remind me I'm over spending.

I like the app. But it would be a lot better if it would add all of the spendings separately in each category, and all together. Other than that, the app is simple and easy to use.

Wish I could factor in my income as well

Great app. Very easy to use. Only thing I would change is to be able to have a way to have a shared expense report. In other words, enter into the same spending report on separate devices.
