I got my clothes ironed within 1 day, the most important thing I liked was the way of packing when the clothes were delivered, I have just received my order 10min ago and can't resist myself from appreciating the service.. Only issue I have is with the app, It hangs up a lot.. get this rectified , rest all is excellent..

By seeing such app i thought they will try to remove the hassle which i am getting with dhobi wala and all, but service of simpler is more worse than our dhobi wala bhaiya,on committed time for 30hr they will never deliver you on time.Major problem with helpline number is no one is there to pick your call, it's sort of 'lala company'.company people will call you for some or other reason commiting you time and all but it's of no use.Don't try to use them in urgency they will spoil the show

Amazing service, affordable rates and the most awesome thing is their packaging and convenience of pick up and delivery time (which you don't get with the local dhobi's). All you Pune people gotta try it out!

My son wanted to show me how easy it is to use a luandry app.. and the experience was great. Got my clothes ironed over night and now using the wash and fold service over the weekend to get a lot of shirts and pants done for all my boys

Clothes were delivered in less than 30 hours. All the clothes were packed well something you won't find in a local dry cleaning shop. Also, the ironing was very good. With the same prices as of a dry cleaner this is the best option to go with guys.

I am using Sumpler its amazing & trustworthy. Earlier i didnt fall under their operating area, but still the simpler team coordinated with me & arranged a service for me though it was not economically profitable for them. Still they managed to help me by providng their laundry services. This is truly beyond a customers satisfaction. Now they are all over Pune. The services offered are the best in town & affordable also. I have recommended my friends also to try simpler. Great job, 5 star!

At initial it was very excellent service but now it getting worst day by day ,last time when I booked my order it took 3 days to pickup clothes, I called them several times but there was no reply,and after pick again I had to wait for next 3 days to get my clothes ironed, also packing was very bad this time , really disappointed , I guess now time to switch service...

Using Samsubg Galaxy S7 edge. 1. Not able to call the agent assuigned for pick up. When clicking on call button the app get stopped. 2. Need to tap many times on time options given ( 8 mins or 30 mins) to place the order. App dont respond in single click. Depends on the luck how soon app will respond. Overall exp is good but not upto the expectations

Very good service. Probably the only service where we can actually talk to a person in the customer care. Although one problem is the delivery is not on time. 30 working hours actually goes to 50 working hours.

I recently moved to viman nagar and a friend of mine recommended this service. Highly recommended as the customer service is exceptionally cool and haven't had any complaints after using it for the 4th time . :)

I placed the order on 1st sep 2016 and today it's 7th see 2016. I did not receive my clothes.

No order confirmation even after almost 2.5 hours. After making a couple of calls the order was confirmed and then got a call from the laundry but the guy talking to me was utterly unprofessional. App hangs frequently. In all BAD EXPERIENCE.

After placing the order via app on which i cant change the date they dod not have the courtesy to call me up and tell me that my area is no longer serviceable. Living near bharati vidyapeeth the mai. Area where there service is bound to run they perform these actions. Totaly unprofessional. Dont go
