Simple Notes

Useful and neat. The little known feature of being able to pin a note to the home screen is VERY handy!! But interacting with text files is a little weird. This is a note taking app first, not a text editor so things get more confusing than they have to be. If you need something to regularly edit actual files as well as small notes, this app will frustrate you at times.

This program has bugs. Don't delete what is called General note or you will have trouble. Needs work. It would also be nice if there was a listIt would also be nice if there was a list

Well it's simple and it has some small but good features so that's nice. The issue I have is it doesn't save my notes sometimes and the making multiple notes is confusing but that may just be me. Overall it's a decent app and I'd recommend it for anyone who needs a practically​ no memory notes app.

As someone who would rather not have everything he writes in a memo app be sold to ad agencies, the fact this has no internet permissions is a blessing. Even happier for being able to change the colors to match my other themed apps.

What about adding the ability to back up the notes to Google Drive ?

Simple, as advertised. I like the straightforward interface, but categories of notes and a way to share text from other apps to simple notes would be useful improvement. Thank you for the open source though.

The inclusion of a home screen widget is a great plus for a quick glance at your notes.

Could I request an "open with" from other applications if it is a text file? That would be perfect!

I'm kinda a philosopher so this is an important app for me and very handy!

Was working fine now says application not found need my data, please fix! Otherwise this alp was wonderful and I used this app daily.

Simple, clean app but the menu is not good, complicated for new user. Android memo still better than this. Sorry...

After update, the app cannot be open. It's appear "App can't be opened" . But it can be open through Play Store. Please help. Can't open it through main screen app. Restart twice but didn't help. Uninstall then install again. The app now can open it normally.

The interface is nice, but there is no way that I could find to export/back up notes. This is a must-have for me since I don't want to lose my notes when I switch to a new phone.

Two simple suggestions (1) allow multiple widgets to show different notes. (2) allow widgets to scroll if they have more text in them than their size. Very thankful for the app - keep up the good work! ✨

You should provide shifting notes through sliding or may be button with widget so easily can be seen in widget without opening app.

I like most of the apps from this developer because they are really simple, have small file size, do what they are meant to do and above all ask for no or least permissions. I would love to see more apps from them.

Missing 1 star for lack of checklist function, 1 for lack of file export, meaning that data cannot easily be extracted from it. The developer's excellent work on his/her other apps sets a higher standard than this app can measure up to.

It just has one note page, no more. It also has a widget for said note page, which has the nice feature of carrying over everything between pages if you're like me and want a small widget in one place and a full-page widget elsewhere. Works quite well and does as it claims.
