Hide Photo &Video Vault Locker

My phone was damaged I installed the app in new phone but my videos its not there could u hlep me to get back my videos please please reply me solve my problem asap

Lost my videos early this week's update. With todays update they are all restored. Thanks for the good support. I did not find time to complain.

I was connected for laptop my phone than open the phone memory that time i delete some empty files mistecly that time include vlocker file also after that open my vlocker haven't photos how to get it plz help me it is very important for me plzz reply

All my videos are deleted with out a reason

Stupid app it not getting opened even after giving corrct password unable to recover my videos

My phone hanged got it repaired found all the apps were deleted downloaded again vlocker but my previous data was lost....is it lost forever or I can get it back again like keep safe app as it was also deleted but after dounloaded I recovered my all data.Plz help and reply.

My device is rooted and using a custom rom maybe that's the issue? Uninstalling it

I select the picture as per instruction but doesn't save them in the program folder selected

Sorry to say this but it doesn't work, I followed all the instructions correctly, Everytime When I share my pictures or videos in Vlocker the picture/Video still exist in my gallery it only said that (0 of 32 files have been imported) it doesn't hide anything.
