I call "Simple APK Extractor" the BEST because it does what it promises: 1) it lists all your apps and 2) on a long-push, it repacks the selected app into an ~.APK. By copying the ~.APK to another Android, like a Nexus Player, I am able to install apps that Play Store doesn't let me install. But what makes "Simple APK Extractor" the BEST apk extractor is that it doesn't ask for unnecessary permission to access my private info or to access the internet. THANKS, Simple APK Extractor!
