Randomizer - random generator

Wonderful App.. Using it for job lists, forcing me to do whatever task is generated. Can have multiple sets of lists such as Priority etc. Beautiful aesthetics too. Great Work Thanks!

This app is the best of six 4+ star rated randomizer apps because it displays random text from a list at almost full screen. This makes it better as an interactive tool. I use it ask random questions in a classes I give. But it needs the following features added: 1. Longer texts for more detailed questions. 2. Ability to save and load lists in xml or ascii.

This app is exactly what my indecisive, stupid, little brain needed to help make insignificant decisions that I could probably do all by myself if I had any conviction.

It won't let me send suggestions so I'll post here. This is for the person generator. Hair color, eye color, height, weight, skills/personality on a scale of 1-10 ( social, memory, rhythm, athletic, math, literacy, sanity, art, organization, etc...)

The ability to create your own lists is fantastic and what I needed. Wish you could go higher with the random numbers, as I need 6 digit random numbers for memorization practice.

This app helps me study with the drawing lots mode. I have a suggestion however, it would be useful if there was an option to reduce the chance of getting an item that was already drawn (but still has a chance to appear). I sometimes get even 4 of the same item in a row.

Amazing! Helps me choose what to draw. Cant wait for the people randomizer. If possible could you guys add a mechanic where it chooses one thing from multiple lists? Aaode from that this app is a huge help!

... It would be useful if you add how many times somebody enters. For example, one person buys one ticket, and another buys 500 tickets. It would be ridiculous if you were to type in there name 500 times! So I suggest a sort of way to enter there name hundreds of times by entering there name and the times it is entered next to it or something.

Would have gotten 5 stars, but I would also like to have a sound or read back option. So I can hear what it has picked (color,number,and name and so on). I am using it to randomly select my training targets when I got out to the range.

I'm loving this so far! I'm using the "drawing lots" option to randomly generate characters/NPCs for D&D games. I'm just having one problem--the many lists I've created won't display in alphabetical order! In the editing screen they do, and I went to a lot of troubke meticulously numnering all my lists so they'd appear in the order I want them to, but when I go to actually generate something and look for a particular list in the drop-down box, they only appear in the order I created them! Please fix this it's so hard to find the lists I need =C

I like how I can temporary disable items without deleting them when I know I'll be using them again. Would like the ability to manually reorder or group lists.

Please add a feature so you can make and rename folders for my list in drawing lots so if you have different lists for different things. Sorry for bad english, its not my first language.

I dont have a pc, mac or usb stick so i use this app to be a cop in gta5 and it works really gooooooood

I can create a list of guitar & banjo chords, scale notes, whatever I need to practice, & set it to cycle to the next random chord/note automatically. LOVE THIS APP! I would love one small improvement. Currently the timer will automatically generate a new "random" every 3 second. Can this be speeded up? Every 1.5 seconds, .75 seconds....? Would be FANTASTIC for memorization drills! Thanks

Great app!! I can see this being very useful for me. I love what you've got so far and the upcoming features look interesting. One thing though, really long words get cut in half on the custom lists and it's a little annoying. And another thing, when refreshing lists I was much more natrally drawn to tapping the word to generate a new one than the current methods. other than that I love the app, Keep up the good work! :)

Hi! I don't know if anyone actually reads these reviews, but since this is a great app, i decided to give it a shot. I use mostly your drawing lots feature to lear music. However, the problem I have is , since I have to mix two elements of music 'musical notes: c,d,e ,etc' and 'intervals: 1st, 2nd, 3rd etc'. I have to input all posibilities one by one: c1st, c2nd, c3rd, then d1st,d2nd,etc. it would be great if you could just enter two or more lists separatly and draw from two diferent sets at the same time!

Some simple number functions are not offered. Such as being able to generate negative numbers, or, a bit more obscure, generate only primed for example. 5 stars when these kinds of things are implemented!

The only reason I'm reluctant to give this five stars is their should be some option to download pre-made list so you don't have to make big list yourself!

You would think an app like this would be easy to find. Nope! I spend hours looking for a simple app that can randomize strings of words in a list so I can create a list of what I'm thankful for (to be used for prayer) among other uses. Thank you!!

Esta es la unica app q me sirve para practicar mis acordes y notas musicales. Me funciona perfecto! Lo unico q añadiría sería q pudiéramos poner manualmente la duración d los intervalos, el mínimo es 5 segundos, estaría genial tener la opción d ajustarlos, inclusive en incrementos d milisegundos.

If there's a movement of listing (like run through the list very quick just for 1-2 sec to get the intense feeling going) before it show the random answer it'd be perfect - thank you for your great app :)

I was going to rate at 4 stars but I have rated at 5 due to the promise of being able to increase the speed of the selections to faster than 5 second intervals. Please stick with your promise and do this with next update. Thank you

This app is great if I need to memorise key words in languages or scales for music because u add them to the 'drawing lots' part of the app and it becomes a lot easier to memorise them . Great app and i'm really pleased !

It's okay. The interface doesn't look that good in my opinion but the randomizing elements are still here so it's still good.

If you want to select teams for a game with your friends fairly and randomly it is very good compared to other apps that crash immediately (for me at least )

Suggestion - If it could randomize certain selected pictures

I think that "same previous number" feature isnt working correctly

A great feature would be a random word generator. Using the same functions as the letter generator, this time with words. Also ability to add or delete words.

Used to have it . Good at first but gets boring after a while

I'm teaching my wife the ukulele and I add chords as she learns them then use the custom randomizer to quiz the chords. Simple and effective.

Just can u make it so u can put a background for the custom randomizer like the colors do?

How do i add another separate list?i cn only make one.

It would be great if I could copy an entire generated list that appears at the bottom of the screen instead of just the most recent random object in the list. This one thing would make my life much easier... Coping them one at a time is incredibly tedious. I worked pay for this app if I were able to generate a random formula, a number of times I would like that formula run, and if all of the results were saved in a list.

Love this app but only have one problem when you randomize a list I think it would be much better to not show an item as soon as you click on which list you want to randomize because when you want to reveal a random word or item others can see it straight away before you even say your going to randomise

First have a joke randomnizer and then also have a quotes randomnizer and evean an random image (works off your own images or just funny pics)
