Device Compatibility and Bandwidth:
You will require a WIFI/3G Internet connection with a good speed. The SIMO player automatically adjusts itself to your available Internet speed. However, for a great viewing experience, we strongly recommend a stable network connection with a consistent speed of at least 1 Mbps. We do our best to try it on as many devices as possible - but with a new Android device releasing every other day - it is impossible to keep up! Depending on your internet speed or cellular connection quality, it may take up to a minute for a movie to start. Please be patient. It is worth the wait.
