The app is broken. Crashes constantly. Song lose their license and then magically are licensed again... This happens less than the crashing, only about 3 times a day. Support is non existent. Please sell the app to someone who knows what they doing. I get it free with afrihost and even then I unistalled the app. ... Which is ironic because afrihost has excellent 5star service. My advice...... Anything is better than simfy. Using Google play music now even though I have to pay for it..

Latest update fixed my complaints. I did have to reset data and the cache to get the update to work. Since then NO MORE "Lags horribly locking up my quad core tablet. Sometimes takes anything up to 30 seconds to move to the next track. Crashes every so often." I will move to the paid service at the end of my free trial. The app has good features!

This app is absolutely appalling. It crashes frequently, some buttons are unresponsive, the design sucks and navigation is not intuitive. I have a Simfy account included with Afrihost Plus and this still feels like terrible value. Deserves zero stars. Rather go with Play Music or Apple Music.

Help!!! Updated app and can't view most of music that I had on old app. Please fix!!....updated and app got worst. Their are so many great music app why does this one work so badly. U can't play complete songs with new update. When u download for offline playing it has problems playing offline and asks to re download. C'mon guys

Shittiest music app ever. Doesn't have a good variety of artists, doesn't make any suggestions of the similar artists, always cracks. PLEASE NEVER INSTALL AS LONG AS YOU LIKE TOP 50 of the current music then you are dumb anyways and support Trump so then install. Very disappointing and I have been paying since 2013. Please go bankrupt.

Wtf with new update, can't even log in

New update really looks nice if a little more fiddly than it really ought to be. Tracks that are downloaded to my device are skipping pretty much like a scratched disk. This makes no sense to me. And even deleting the song and streaming it produces the same result. This issue isn't a new one as I experienced it before but to a lesser extent and was easier to overlook. Now pretty much a every 3rd song has this and it's super frustrating to the point that I've actually started using Google Play as it just works when you need it to. Between the two I genuinely prefer Simfy but man the added frustration is just not worth it now.

Very disappointing! I cannot even search for a song or artist without getting "error" al the time. When i want access the setting menu it automatically prompts me to the bug report page..... I am however able to use the web version on my pc. Please fix....

App was okay until latest update. Need to update database when opening app. So u need to be online. Songs scratches & informed them about download queue problem. Was given a suggestion but useless. Problem is simple all copyright songs that Simfy don't have are still added in the playlist & these songs are stuck in download queue. One has to delete all offline content then it works at times. Not good a choice to get a subscription. Wait till all these problems are resolved

Doesn't allow me to play offline content even if my phone is linked.. Also the Internet detection is horrible as hell itself. Once again this application just stops playback for no apparent reason.. Very frustrating when you have a play list and 5 songs in this thing keep on stalling...

App can improve slightly but is not bad at all. Customer service is great had a problem and they helped me to get things fixed in less than an hour.

I'm struggling to download albums to listen offline. It works for an album or two then gets stuck on one sung which then blocks the entire system. You have to uninstall and start all over again, which I've done 4 times and it's still giving problems. It never used to. Please fix this.

Just nice. I definitely love the "close app" option... It's good to have apps that don't hang on my limited RAM without my knowledge.

Great up but you can't remove songs from the download list and certain songs will remain in the download list but will never download, preventing you from downloading any other songs

I've been a member for a long time and this app has never run well. I think I'm finally cancelling my subscription

Not working.

A wide variety of music still available, but the playback functionality has become awful... Which is the main part of a music app; songs don't play initially, then just jump and pause. Background downloads don't work half the time, since they crash the app, forcing you to leave the app open. It also tends to force close more often than not. Lots to be improved upon.

I have been using the app for over a year and I love the selection of tracks and the available playlists to find new music BUT it is soooo unreliable and buggy. Sometimes songs just skip or refuse to play, the logic for shuffling tracks won't work, can't sort by artist or album within a Playlist, the app freezes often.... The list goes on. The only thing stopping me from moving is that I don't have the time to figure out a replacement. To the developers: the last update was the last straw, it is infuriating that it won't simply play my list on shuffle and keeps going back to the first track inexplicably.

Now nothing wants to work. Logged several complaints and no response. App was fine till last update. Now everytime i have to update database if i want to use it. Then it simply freezes. If i eventualy get the app running i have to download all my music again. Wtf??? This app is much more trouble than what its worth.

Long time user.. But seems this service getting worse. Songs scratch. App painfull and illogical to use does not have even sort my favorite artists in alphabetical. If i wasn't getting this through Afrihost as a bundle i would cancel i will be complaining to them as well. Dont signup to this service till you start seeing good reviews

EDIT: After really struggling to understand the user interface, I was contacted by the development team and a few things were explained to me in a bit more detail. The app is really great and has a good selection of music.

Not even worth the download if Simfy was free to use. Audio sounds like it was ripped from an old scratched up CD which makes some songs totally unlistenable. Random database wipes make parts of your library just disappear and they have an extremely limited library. Absolutely garbage.

This app just gets worse and worse. The user interface sucks. There is a lot of music that's not available. The only reason I've still got it is because it cam with my Afrihost package. Definitely not worth staying on it.

Latest version sucks. Songs keep on sounding like a scratched record. Cant remove downloaded songs from phone. Songs just stop playing. Used to be great pls fix...

The app keeps crashing when playing on bluetooth. Offline songs don't work most of the time. Old app worked fine. Please fix

The latest in a long list of problems is that my downloaded music is skipping and glitches terribly on playback. Completely unlistenable! Don't waste your time and money on Simfy, rather use another service such as Deezer.

The updated version makes this a useless app. I cant access my downloaded music, sometimes i cant even open the app. Useless app!!

Struggling to remove downloaded tracks, some don't download properly and jump. Songs from the older version work just fine. Please help resolve the issue.

Before this last update I could download locally, now I can't cache locally anymore. Very close to canceling and getting Google music instead.
